I had not been to a Subway in a long time because frankly it isn’t that good and its over priced, but I was in a rush and in the area. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch footlong sandwich on a flat bread. The woman working asked me what kind of chicken I wanted and I asked if buffalo chicken was okay. She said yes it was and then later told me while ringing it up that the sandwich no longer counted as a chicken bacon ranch off the menu and was now a create my own and charged...read full review
Haven't had subway in awhile thought we would give it a go....very disappointing. Sure doesn't look like the pictures anymore. Very thin 12" hero. Half the meat it used to have. The toppings were hardly there. Sorry to say I will not be going back to the restaurant in Lindenhurst on Sunrise highway.

Horrible customer service Lady is always rude on her phone talking or watching a show will pause making your sandwich to make personal calls, this is not a one time thing. She also gets annoyed when you order multiple sandwiches, rolls her eyes and huffs. Asked her to change her gloves when she was making her sandwich because she was handling meat and she got visibly upset with me, I used to be a regular and now I avoid going.
