The food is always up to Subway standards, no doubt there. The customer service however is the standards expected in an actual subway train system. Not to mention, they often don't adhere to the deals advertised by corporate. I know it is the franchisees decision to go with the flow or not, but I mean...not smart business to cut against the grain.

Horrible customer service Lady is always rude on her phone talking or watching a show will pause making your sandwich to make personal calls, this is not a one time thing. She also gets annoyed when you order multiple sandwiches, rolls her eyes and huffs. Asked her to change her gloves when she was making her sandwich because she was handling meat and she got visibly upset with me, I used to be a regular and now I avoid going.

I had not been to a Subway in a long time because frankly it isn’t that good and its over priced, but I was in a rush and in the area. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch footlong sandwich on a flat bread. The woman working asked me what kind of chicken I wanted and I asked if buffalo chicken was okay. She said yes it was and then later told me while ringing it up that the sandwich no longer counted as a chicken bacon ranch off the menu and was now a create my own and charged me for the bacon… making the sandwich $16.99 instead of $13.99. It really rubbed me the wrong way and I will not be going back as they proved what I had originally thought of Subway was correct.

Haven't had subway in awhile thought we would give it a go....very disappointing. Sure doesn't look like the pictures anymore. Very thin 12" hero. Half the meat it used to have. The toppings were hardly there. Sorry to say I will not be going back to the restaurant in Lindenhurst on Sunrise highway.

What a joke!!!! I eat at the Plainview Subway yesterday and ordered 2 footlong hams one with deluxe meat and the other was regular. We had 2 medium sodas and 2 cookies and it all totaled just under $ 27.00. Now I order 1 footlong ham deluxe and get charged 13.30 for it....I will never ever go there and order. Please be aware of the over charging!!!!!

Doesn't honor all coupons. More expensive than other subways. Also i ordered extra spinach and lettuce and received neither. Avoid them.

Stay away from this location. I ordered a 12 inch number 10 which was supposed to have six pieces of turkey six pieces of ham four pieces of bacon for a regular. I inadvertently bought the 1299 hero for extra meat coming in at over $14 for a hero. I received three pieces of ham three pieces of turkey and two pieces of bacon. That's 25% of what I paid for. I went back to the location and the guy was very argumentative and he gave me a couple pieces of Cold cuts and told me don't come back. I said I'd order through the app in the parking lot and watch him make the hero and he told me I was not allowed to because that's the rules. One other time at this location I believe it's the owners wife tried to charge me two dollars extra for bacon that was already on the hero and the menu board. Total scam place will report to the Better Business Bureau and Suffolk County district attorney. This is outright theft deception and false advertisement. Just look at all the negative reviews here with similar situation's. The franchise should absolutely be taken away from these owners.
