The food tastes like it came straight from a family kitchen, with comforting, flavorful, and home-cooked meals. The Mixed Grill Platter is a standout, with every meat being incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and impressively moist, served with savory bulgur rice or fluffy pilaf rice. The Lale Pide is brilliant, with flavors that subtly change every few bites. The breakfast is the best Turkish breakfast on Long Island, and the service is exceptional. The Mixer Appetizer Platter is fantastic, with smoky baba ghanoush and excellent dolmades. The lahmacun is a thin, crispy flatbread full of bold flavor. The aromatic Turkish tea, rich Turkish coffee, and incredible desserts are the perfect ending. The restaurant is clean and cozy, and a plus is the market next door where you can pick up authentic Turkish products, delicious goods, and varieties of cheese. The employees provide a very family-like experience. Beautiful food and culture.
