“This is a classic polish deli with GREAT food! The sauerkraut pierogies were excellen. The pork cutlet dinner with real mashed potatoes, gravy, cucumber & carrot salad were DELICIOUS & very generous portions. There use to be a very large polish market & deli across the street, but it is gone!“

The owner is very accommodating and will make things that is not on the menu. I was craving a Pizza Bagel and he was able to make one. Good and honest people- they are on DoorDash and Uber too. They tell me that they need some time to look at it and tell me to come back in about an hour so now I’m thinking that I’d really like something to eat so I really don’t know what’s around me and I open up perplexity and ask perplexity to find me a place where I can get a nice deli sandwich so the first one that pops up is deli Works I take the ride down 110 turn up Walt Whitman Rd. And there it is on the right hand side nice parking lot I go in. I tell the story and everything and ask for my sausage, egg and cheese with potatoes. They’re very friendly in there. I share the story about Perplexity. The place is a beautiful deli. It looks like they’re really set up to to make a lot of food for the food rushes around here. The sandwich comes to a little over eight dollars with a coffee. How do you beat that and it’s fantastic. Even better they have their coffee absolutely dialed in. I would come here just for a cup of coffee fantastic place.“

“Fresh meats. Special considerations with cold cuts. Especially cheese and thinly sliced meats. When buying cold cuts, there’s nothing worst then having a clump of meat to peel apart. It does take a few minutes to assure the meats are separated and using additional sheets of paper, but this is the difference in keeping or losing a customer. A true Italian Salumeria understands this and takes the pride in what and how their foods are delivered. Thank you.“

“We didn’t have the food long enough to take pictures 😅 but we are so happy we stoped at Salpino’s to try them out. We purchased three sandwiches 2 of “ the classic “ and 1 of “ the supreme “ . We also purchased the Farfalle pasta salad and chicken Caesar pasta salad. The chicken Caesar pasta salad is my new favorite thing in life… I want it every day 😂 We also purchased the prosciutto bread. Everything was amazing. Including the employees. It was an all around great experience and we cannot wait to take the 45 minute drive to go back!“
