Fresh meats.
Special considerations with cold cuts. Especially cheese and thinly sliced meats. When buying cold cuts, there’s nothing worst then having a clump of meat to peel apart. It does take a few minutes to assure the meats are separated and using additional sheets of paper, but this is the difference in keeping or losing a customer. A true Italian Salumeria understands this and takes the pride in what and how their foods are delivered. Thank you.

We had our end of the summer family BBQ and I picked up sausage rings and chicken skewers, also delicious corn salad and roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious !!!
