As always, the food and service was great! Our waitress Kaitlyn was friendly and terrific! I had the rigatoni ala vodka with meatballs and it was terrific! I've never been disappointed here.UPDATE: I love the food here, I had the veal parm and pasta, and the portion is big enough for two meals, though they don't give as much pasta as they used to. With tip, 2 of us spent $71.
Now a days prices have gone up and portions have gotten smaller. At Phil's the prices are reflective of today but the the portions are huge. I ordered a buffalo chicken roll and it was over a foot long. It also was loaded with chicken that was good quality,fresh, and tasty. Wonderful place huge inside with excellent seating.

Picked up a bunch of stuff to take out. Had a few random slices and chicken parm roll. All were delicious. Then we also ordered an order of rigatoni with vodka sauce, a Caesar salad and a veal dish with asparagus and moss in a white wine broth. Vodka sauce was excellent. I loved the veal and my wife absolutely loved the dressing on the salad. Great place for take out or dine in.
