Their Italian cheesecake is absolutely the best we’ve ever had! It was rich, creamy, and had the authentic flavor we’d been searching for. It tasted amazing!! “Nice coffee shop. We found this spot on Google Maps when searching for our coffee fix after a half day fishing at Captree. The shop is dimly lit with eclectic decorations. Service was friendly and nice. Banana flavored cakes were good. A bit expensive thought. But a lot of chocolate chips and very delicious. Bae got the Vietnamese Coffee and she liked it. “I arrived at insomnia cookies in Babylon. It was in the aftermath of the St Patrick’s day parade. It was very very busy, however they took our order very quickly. I was waiting for my cookies for quite a while due to the volume of customers within. I didn’t mind the long wait, I had myself a beautiful date with me, however, the manager, I believe he was the manager, took this very seriously and provided me with 5 FREE red velvet cookies in compensation for my wait time. I didn’t even have to about the wait. He just saw that I was here waiting for a long time and took it upon himself to make it right. You don’t see that sort of thing a lot in today’s world. My first bite was heaven. I’m not not normally a fan of red velvet, but free is for me, so I gave it a shot. 12/10 if I could rate above 5 stars I would. If you’re thinking about taking walk down to this cookie parlor; think no more, and get yourself a couple of these exceptional cookies. Amazing service, amazing flavor.”

Not only did they remember us, they noted that we were the first reservation booked for the holiday. The vibe is classic and nostalgic — bright, clean, and inviting — and the smell of fresh waffle cones and chocolate alone is worth stopping in for. The ice cream is super creamy with generous portions, perfect whether you’re a traditional vanilla/chocolate person or someone who likes trying new flavors.

Handcrafted Fudge & the Dubai Twist….!

Now let’s talk about the fudge, because it’s next-level. Everything is made fresh, and you can actually see the care that goes into it. The Dubai fudge is the star of the show — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with pistachio flavors and texture. Easily the best fudge option in the store and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Service is very friendly and welcoming, even during busy hours, and the whole experience feels genuinely enjoyable rather than rushed.

Kudos to the owners (Teja and Mani) for investing in the local community and raising the bar for dessert spots in Babylon. This place is already becoming a favorite for families, friends, and visitors alike.

Great spot for families, date nights, or just treating yourself after a walk around the village. If you love ice cream, chocolate, or fudge — this place delivers on all fronts.

Christina, the owner went out of her way to accommodate & find something for my daughter that is not a breakfast person. I am pregnant & have had very low energy lately.
