“Yesterday I had my daughter’s bridal shower at the Lakehouse. The event coordinator, Annalisa was a pleasure to work with. ALL of my guests raved about the food, service and atmosphere. Some of the men stayed and Annalisa set them up outside on the deck for lunch instead of inside the bar since it was a beautiful day. She also suggested having dessert served outside which could not have been better. My guests enjoyed the beautiful view and all of the outdoor seating. I would highly recommend having an event here.“

“Tasting room is a hit! From the atmosphere to the food and the creative cocktails that they’re making this place is a very welcomed addition to the downtown Farmingdale area. From the burger to the lasagna, everything we ordered was yummy. The owner is a very hard-working long-standing business owner Who puts his heart and soul into his establishment. I highly recommend giving Tasting Room a try.“

From the moment we walked through the door on a busy Saturday night at 7:00pm we walk in simply based on a great name! The hostess Deanna was lovely and welcoming we were able to sit right away! The food was absolutely amazing and so were the drinks!! But the star of the show was the staff our waitress Emily was the best we have ever had! Just the right amount of attentive that we never looked for her and always felt taking care up. The busser also did an amazing job never a dirty plate on our table. We go out alot and I can’t remember the last time a restaurant covered it all flawlessly Service drinks and food. We have already texted friend excited to bring them here! “This is a great deli anf sandwich shop for me. They have a few things other deli don't have. The food is always good. Worth a stop if your coming in this direction. The inside is not large. They make the best of the space do you can eat here. I always take it to go“

“Husband & I were in the area & decided to stop in for lunch today & glad we did. I had the Lamb Gyro, came w/french fries & Beef Barley soup. Soup was delicious. Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. The staff were very nice and attentive & restaurant was cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back to try their dinner next time. Highly recommend Opa Grille.“

“I love the atmosphere but food is ok and drinks taste so watered down. The frozen drinks taste like juice. If the drinks or food was great this would be an easy 5 stars because live music and the atmosphere is there. Otherwise great place. We had fun.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

“This is a lovely restaurant with 3 options for dining: indoors with air conditioning, a sunroom with air conditioning or outside with fresh air. They're right by the water, so the view is fabulous. 10/18/25, I came back with friends, today, still 5 star. I had the Chicken Panko, a breaded chicken cutlet over salad, diced tomatoes and a balsamic glaze...delicious. my friends enjoyed their food as well!“

“4 of us stopped here for dinner before a show at Jones Beach theater. We let the know right away that we needed to leave by a certain time. The waiter was very attentive but not overly hovering. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We even had time for desert. Everyone we came in contact with here was very professional. We will keep this place on our radar for our next show. We would definitely come back, 9 out of 10.“
