“Tasting room is a hit! From the atmosphere to the food and the creative cocktails that they’re making this place is a very welcomed addition to the downtown Farmingdale area. From the burger to the lasagna, everything we ordered was yummy. The owner is a very hard-working long-standing business owner Who puts his heart and soul into his establishment. My family drove around, looking for a place to eat, and my sister says let’s try that place and boy we were not disappointed. First off the hostess Olivia and her sister the server Alex were pleasant and professional. And the food was spot on. But What surprised me it’s a tight little wine less but very diverse. Can’t recommend this place enough!“

“This was my first time at this particular restaurant. What I will tell everyone is the food was great as well as the service. I ordered the my sunshine burger (veggie) with the mixed fries (regular &sweet potatoes). Needless to say I was unable to eat the entire burger. Try this place for yourself.“

“From the time you walk in and get greeted by Leonard, to the outstanding service given by Anthony, and the welcoming environment given by two other gentleman (I wish I knew their names, but one wears cool glasses and a gentleman with dreads) the experience is beyond five stars. We appreciate it every time we go there. The food is DELICIOSO!!!!!. I truly enjoyed the sampler and the refreshing fruit punch drink 🍹 The salmon is also Amazing. And I forgot about the truffle fries OMG YUM!!!! I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to go to eat great food and receive Amazing service.“

“Hicks Deli is a top tier deli and never disappointed me since this place opened ive been advocating all family and friends to try it out. My usual order is the #4 with a hash brown on top with salt pepper and hot sauce. Coffee is always hot and the line moves quickly if busy. Lots of drink choices and plenty of other typical deli items available. I usually spend under 20$ here“

There is valet parking, which in 10 degree weather is a huge plus.
There was a coat check which is another perk.
Then we were seated in the main dining area in a lovely and comfortable table with a cloth tablecloth and napkins, which is a great commodity nowadays in an era where even upscale restaurants have given into.
The service was phenomenal.
Presented with warm fresh rolls along with the menus. A food menu and a drinks menu.
We dined a three course meal which was outstanding. From the starters to desert everything was cooked perfectly, plated and presented like an upscale restaurant should.
The meal, service and atmosphere was worth the price.

“Lovely neighborhood cafe in a beautiful, secluded beach community. They have a convenient parking lot, and the atmosphere is serene. The food is great, and the portions are huge. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“
