It melted mozzarella cheese on top so I was dying for it. That's what I went back for and they no longer sell it. The food was good, but I wanted that macaroni.“

“Tasting room is a hit! From the atmosphere to the food and the creative cocktails that they’re making this place is a very welcomed addition to the downtown Farmingdale area. From the burger to the lasagna, everything we ordered was yummy. The owner is a very hard-working long-standing business owner Who puts his heart and soul into his establishment. “West end has been one of our favorite places to dine for over 30 years. They have kept up the wonderful food and service even though Management has changed. The food was always outstanding and it hasn't changed. The service was always spot on and continues to be warm and caring. The four of had their prix fixed dinner and it was outstanding. The portions were the same size as the ala carte menu and the food was spot on. hadn't been there in a while because of some health issues but we will be regulars again as will our friends.“

“Whenever we come to Hicksville, Piccolo's is always a place we visit at least twice. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are reasonably priced and the food is delicious. I also love the Salvadorian selection of hot foods and pupusas. The owner is always very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience or meal from here. I cannot recommend Piccolo's enough!!“

“Perfect little cozy spot for Breakfast/ Lunch with a European Atmosphere, spacious with seating that allows privacy and comfort.
Breakfast was great , I loved the touch of Lettuce on the plate which was tasty along with the potatoes and Eggs . The only thing that bothered me was the Bill which much to my surprise was $ 5.00 for a small cup of coffee.. that added $ 10 for my friend and myself. The issue is NOWHERE on the menu is it listed .. Our Waiter David was attentive and pleasant, but he should have mentioned that a cup of coffee is extra or offered a glass of Orange juice .. I’ll go there again because I really like the place and it’s close to my home .. next time I’ll ask if the glass of water they put in the table is in place of a nice morning cup of coffee…“

“This is a great deli anf sandwich shop for me. They have a few things other deli don't have. The food is always good. Worth a stop if your coming in this direction. The inside is not large. They make the best of the space do you can eat here. I always take it to go“

“Lovely neighborhood cafe in a beautiful, secluded beach community. They have a convenient parking lot, and the atmosphere is serene. The food is great, and the portions are huge. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“

Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. The staff were very nice and attentive & restaurant was cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back to try their dinner next time. Highly recommend Opa Grille.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

They're right by the water, so the view is fabulous. 10/18/25, I came back with friends, today, still 5 star.
