“I cannot say enough about the Library Cafe, the staff and the food! We had a 50th Birthday Party in the upstairs private room overlooking the bar. The food was delicious and there was PLENTY of it! “Tucked in a small shopping center on Hicksville Road, is this cozy place! We met another couple there for dinner and drinks. The food was excellent! We had the sauerbraten from the Octoberfest menu, the pot roast hero, and the schnitzel. Everything was fresh and tasty. The portions were generous, and the drinks were flowing. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time here, but we’ll be back.“

“Was hungry, so I went out by myself.
Ordered 1/2 $ appetizers (10pm on).
- Chicken nuggets (Asian flavor)
- Chicken quesadilla

Nuggets were fine. Accompanying Ranch dressing was disappointing, so waitress brought me blue cheese dressing (better!)

Lost a star on the Quesadilla as the IRL version looked so unlike their advertised version. Will add photos for difference. Forgot to take IRL photo upon it/their arrivals, but you can definitely see the lack of advertised components.
Flavor was tasty, but lack of innards meant less filling, so I wound up ordering a second Quesadilla. (Though I took >50% home)

My Father has since passed but my Sister took my Mother there today and they gave my Mom hugs, told her they loved her and how cute she was. I was in tears when I heard this from my Sister. I am so Happy that my Mom has this place to go to to get out and feel so loved by so many. Over the years the Sunrise Diner has been a very Happy Place to go to. The service is the best we've ever had. They've treated my Family like Family. I cannot thank the People at the Sunrise Diner enough! They mean so much to my Family. And you can't beat their food!!! The decor and vibe is really cool with a beach/nautical theme. The food and drinks were delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts & the Shepherd’s Pie was to die for! Our waitress, Nicole, was great and funny! The bartenders, Joe & Katie, made amazing & different cocktails and were so warm & attentive! They had a one man band singing who was really talented! We even met the owners who could not be more welcoming, friendly and attentive making sure we were having a great time and we were happy with everything! “The chef Francisco is a fine chef and his food tastes great. I have eaten here about 5xs already and he never disappoints. I highly recommend the tacos 🌮. I have also eaten the skirt steak which was delicious. He has a very nice presentation on all dishes. They also have fresh baked breads and the waitresses are all very nice and friendly. The dining area is nice and there is music playing and sometimes live entertainment. I want to try every dish on the menu. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“
