“Awesome historical spot. Warm atmosphere with old Christmas cartoons projected in the wall, good music. Got to chop it up with one of the owners and he was a real good dude. I had two beers. Both were great. My only regret was not visiting this place sooner. I'll definitely be back. Cheers ?“
“Awesome brewery with a family-friendly feeling to it. This was the last stop of the day for me after hitting a few other breweries. The beers were really good and there were a good amount of styles to choose from. Everyone there was having a good time. They had a big fluffy golden doodle running around who was awesome. I also like that the sampler glasses were little beakers. I'll be back for sure.“
“Just as good as the OG location in Northport Village, with the same awesome beers on tap, but with a different vibe. While Northport's smallish tasting room is funky and intimate, the South location in Lindenhurst is much larger and well suited for bigger groups. My company had a team outing there and midday libations were divine.“
“Best brew stop on our weekend! This place must surely feel like home to the locals. Such great staff and ownership. The brewer tour was amazing and if we'd had time we would have loved the food that was coming in the door.This definitely was the friendliest place of our 2 day stay on LI.Will be back!Thanks for the memories!“
“Only stopped in for a single round before heading to dinner, but I definitely want to come back and sample more of the menu. I love trying new and unique beers, and my wife is more of a cider and mead person. We've never seen a place that provided both and made them, too! We came in and were able to grab the last free table, though there were still seats available at the bar. This place is very small, so I imagine later in the night it would get pretty crowded. For reference we arrived shortly after 5 PM on a Saturday. I got the blonde ale, which was very good, and my wife got one of the meads. A quick round later, we were off.“
“Stopped in to try and wow, I cannot wait to go back. I’m an IPA guy but they were out(which is a good thing in my opinion, means they’re not getting lazy and brewing the same thing all the time) but I got to try an amazing Saison and wonderful Stout. I didn’t get the bartenders name but she was extremely nice and informative and even let me try an IPA that was almost ready, it was a great experience. I can’t wait to go back!“
“A group of us came here on a Sunday around 12:30 after some time in Hecksher Park 10 minute ride away close and convenient for the ride home. The bartender let us try anything on the board, and one of our friends was part of the Hidden Treasure Secret Society, he got a free flight (hiddentreasureli.com). We were definitely an eclectic crew in terms of drinks and not one person was disappointed. I had the Dub Club 2023 a hazy IPA most delicious. Another a pink looking sour, super sour for my taste but my bestie loved it. No food truck a little disappointing as it listed it on the website and this was literally my first time here in years, what luck with a hangry wife. Needless to say we had 3 and left. But for future they do allow you to bring food which is pretty amazing nowadays.“
“Never disappointed by TBC. I love the variety on their menu - often different styles of beer from anything else I typically run into at a craft brewery. The space is super roomy, industrial yet comfortable, with plants everywhere, video games, darts, fooseball and other activities. Staff is quirky and fun - we usually go to visit Ashley on Wednesdays and it’s always a great time. There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. Don’t sleep on this place - the down-to-earth atmosphere and delicious brews will keep you coming back for more.And to the male Karen (would that be a Chad?) whining about them closing for private events down below - grow up. The world doesn’t revolve around you.“
“Wow and wow! Got a flight of beers and loved them all! What a beautiful brewery, generally when I go to a brewery I enjoy the casualness in the vibe have a beer and forget about it! But these beers were outstanding, can't wait to go back for more! They even have a pizza truck on the weekend which I didn't get a chance to try! Definitely want to go back for the same“
“Super cozy, great beers, awesome staff, and it's dog friendly! My friends and I usually start here and then mosey down through the warehouse to Great South Bay when we get hangry. Ghost is definitely the more chill vibe of the two, so I love it here.“
“Good Tap choices. Very chill atmosphere and you get a choice of 4oz pour up to a growler pour of 64oz. Choices not many breweries have. Friendly staff. Appears kid friendly too for those with families. Next time I’m in Long Island I’ll stop by again.“
“Finally got over to try them and so glad I did. A few tables and the bar in front and more tables in back & outside in the back. Lots of options on tap, friendly server. I got L. Bee's knees brewed with honey, lavender & sage. I really like it! Then tried the killer queen, filled with warm spices, wow it was good, took some home. I highly recommend you go!“
“Extremely glad to have found Barnshed Brewing. Along with delicious, fresh, cold beer, the low key atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. Being that everything is brewed on site, there's always something for everyone. The Propaganda Porter, Bethpage Black IPA, and the We Care Alot NEIPA collab were all amazing. “An absolutely must-visit on Long Island, whether you're a mead fan or not! Very friendly and knowledgable staff and lots of award-winning and delicious meads to try. We were particularly impressed by the coffee and chocolate meads, which were perfectly balanced in terms of flavor, sweetness, and strength. We generally preferred the standard strength over draft, but to each their own! Perfect and reasonably-priced flight options, and board games to play while you sip your meads as well!“
