This McDonalds easily clears the locations on Deer Park Ave and Islip. The quality of the food is better and the service is far more efficient. They will occasionally make mistakes, and will have you pull up front to wait for simple orders sometimes, but those are my only complaints. All said and done, this one is the best in the area.
