“Since I was a child this has been my families go-to ice house. I live 30 minutes away from this AMAZING ice house and it is worth the time to get there. The best ice house on Long Island, in my opinion. They are celebrating 50 years for a reason. All of the ices have so much flavor and Pistachio is my favorite.

“I did a take out order at the East Islip location. The food was good but the super melts do not seem to have much meat on them like they use to. If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

“Went to get some ice-cream after dinner. The staff greeted us as we walked in the door. They were quick and efficient. They double checked that certain ice-cream were okay to have with my food allergy. They have a freezer full of premade ice-creams and cakes or you can pick from different size cones or cups. They have different flavors of soft serve or hard ice-cream and many different toppings to choose from. They don't have any seating so we had to take it to go. I was so intent on eating my ice-cream I forgot to take pictures.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Kool Kat Ice Cream Truck! I reached out to treat my daughter and her friends at her small school, and while other places turned me down because it was a small order, Kool Kat happily said yes. They made these kids so unbelievably happy! The man who came was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to make sure every child got exactly what they wanted. All of the teachers and staff kept thanking me and raving about how wonderful he was. Such a simple gesture turned into a really special memory for the kids thanks to Kool Kat. Highly recommend!“

“Always love going to Ralph’s. It’s my favorite dessert shop when I want something light. Been going here for over a decade. Glad it’s still around even after so long.

I usually get the strawberry, cotton candy, or recently the green apple flavor! The large is more than enough but medium is perfectly fine.“

“The staff seemed reluctant to understand who was paying and was surprised that I wanted to make an order for myself as well... Just very cold personalities like robots. Not friendly or inviting, more like they did not like us or looked at us like second rate citizens.There is no need to profile or judge anyone because of the way they dress or by what they drive. “A very charming shop. In town for work and decided to go for a treat. Banana cream ice and peanut butter and jelly ice were the best I’ve had. I’m a stickler with banana flavored items and it is most definitely made with fresh bananas without any artificial flavors or colors. The owner was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend to anyone in town or passing through! Bring cash-it’s absolutely worth it!“

“Love this place. This best frozen yogurt and so many toppings even though I only take one. Kids will love it. It is very clean and every person who ever waited on me there has provided good service and had a positive attitude. Tuesday is buy one get one. Love the tart flavor and good old vanilla the best.
