“My sons and I came here for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised with how creamy and delicious the frozen yogurt is. I had the triple chocolate, my older son had the cookies and cream, and my younger son had a mix of cotton candy and peanut butter. “I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

But if you come from the westbound Summers Highway you’re gonna have to take some turns before you get to the huge parking lot !!! the shopping center is a little bit rundown and dirty. There’s a very huge parking lot so parking is not a problem. The store is outside is brand new we walk in. It’s like Disneyland store the store is very very busy with a line out the door, everything was super clean and new just for being too busy and working nonstop. You have a huge variety of toppings and some class flavors of yogurt and some very awesome flavors.!!!!

“I love all the ladies that work at this Carvel. They’re so nice whoever’s doing the hiring there is definitely choosing the best candidates for customer service. They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.

Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! What kid wouldn’t love an ice cream shop plus they have like the sweetest staff that works there“

I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“

“This was my first time visiting this Ralph's location. I was greeted with a very pleasant hi, welcome to Ralph's! It's owner was there and she was wonderful. The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. I’m a stickler with banana flavored items and it is most definitely made with fresh bananas without any artificial flavors or colors. The owner was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. My GF and I are trying to keep our glucose in check and we seek out salad places (and have experienced MANY) and this has been by far our best experience. I had the Supreme Chef's salad and my GF had the Whole Food salad. I don't know what other people are talking about but everything including the dressing was included. You could add extras but we chose not to. Our total was in the $40 neighborhood but the portion size is excellent (my GF didn't finish).

Annalise (sp?) was a kind, thoughtful, engaging worker behind the counter and an absolute pleasure to be served by.

The ambiance of the environment is plain and small, so I marked them down one notch on the in-store experience but I didn't care at all because the salad was so good.

Five star experience --- Highly recommend, especially if you have any other salad-place experiences.
