Not friendly or inviting, more like they did not like us or looked at us like second rate citizens.There is no need to profile or judge anyone because of the way they dress or by what they drive. I had lots of cash, but do not look at me as if I do not belong.If this is the case, close your shop. I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with Respect!“

“Great froyo flavor selections. I went with the lf vanilla and strawberry. Was very impressed with the creaminess of the froyo, very tasty despite being low fat. Owner was very cool, helped my wife sample some ice cream flavors and was helpful with topping selections. Will definitely be going back. Prices are a bit higher than other froyo places I’ve visited, but I don’t mind paying if it’s worth it. Definitely worth coming here and spending a bit more.“

“Had my son's 3rd birthday at Mickey's and I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Brendan was very easy to work with and the girls who ran the party day of were great with all the kids! The ice cream was fantastic. They did a craft with the kids, we sang happy birthday with an ice cream cake (that we were able to take home) and took a group picture before everyone left. I got so many compliments on the space and how much fun the kids had!“

“When it comes to eating, this place has that Sonic Drive-In/Friendly's vibe; the food (burgers, fries, chicken, etc.) may not be something to write home about (much of it is "alright" at best) but the desserts (ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, etc.) is where the menu truly shines! Each ice cream concoction (including one of my faves, Rocky Road) is stuffed to the brim with mix-ins and the shakes are just the right kind of thickness.The girls who served my friends and I were very friendly with warm smiles and polite suggestions to get the most out of our eating experience. They even let me sample a flavor of their ice cream (after which I knew I was getting dessert with my meal!) so I knew what I was in for.The ambiance has that charming Pizza Planet vibe to it (If you've seen the movie "Toy Story" you get it!) filled with outer space decor and space-themed names for the menu items making it very family-friendly. If it had an arcade (or at least just a few cabinets), that would be pretty cool! (I'm not knocking points off for that one btw!)The place is definitely a good place for quality desserts and customer experience. As for lunch or dinner, it's good but I'm pretty sure your local diner may satisfy you a bit more. “I have tried alot of bubble tea places and this one is REALLY good! My friends and I got the Rose Milk Tea, Taro, and Earl Grey Milk Tea. The Rose & Earl grey were the best in my opinion! “There are different kinds of ice cream to get here. I got the hard ice cream to try and I really enjoyed the consistency and the taste. The mint chocolate chip tastes really good. It does not taste toothpastey at all which i enjoy a lot! It tastes very good. I also tried the coffee hard ice cream and it was very flavorful. It had a strong coffee flavor which I liked. I am excited to try new flavors here and new ice cream types. The workers are very kind as well which is memorable.“

“I just ordered from this place, I used to go to proportions all the time to get my salads, or meals before this place came around. I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! Can’t get any better than this place, it’s a little costly but it’s worth it for its size and quality! It’s super fresh, and I love how they give you a lot of options when it comes to toppings making it gluten free, and vegan friendly!I highly recommend!“

“I love all the ladies that work at this Carvel. They’re so nice whoever’s doing the hiring there is definitely choosing the best candidates for customer service. They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! What kid wouldn’t love an ice cream shop plus they have like the sweetest staff that works there“

“Truthfully, to return to a restaurant I've loved since childhood is a happiness I am thrilled to be sharing with my own children now. Sadly, my childhood one in Ronkonkoma closed and all who had fond memories were SO incredibly sad. However, we will continue to be thankful for the ones still open and functioning! “I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

“I started going to this location 2 years ago, for a while I thought that the man helping me was rude and hated his job but once I got him to open up I realized he is hysterical and isn’t much for talking haha. He packs the cones with whatever ice cream and topping your taste buds desire( you can tell this is his favorite part), the service is quick and the facility is clean- what more can you ask for! “Always a nice time when I go with the family. So many options and the customer service is awesome. Only wish they would clean up the tables outside. They are old and rusty. And preferably get some that can withstand the elements. Sometimes prefer to go to the ronkonkoma location just to be able to sit down and enjoy without needing to rush back home because the the outdoor seating isn’t really clean.“

“I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“
