The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. The Ralphie smoothies are incredible too. Big fan of the triple chocolate Ralphie.PriceIt probably costs as much as ice cream but i it’s less expensive than gelato. “Had my son's 3rd birthday at Mickey's and I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Brendan was very easy to work with and the girls who ran the party day of were great with all the kids! The ice cream was fantastic. They did a craft with the kids, we sang happy birthday with an ice cream cake (that we were able to take home) and took a group picture before everyone left. I got so many compliments on the space and how much fun the kids had!“

“When it comes to eating, this place has that Sonic Drive-In/Friendly's vibe; the food (burgers, fries, chicken, etc.) may not be something to write home about (much of it is "alright" at best) but the desserts (ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, etc.) is where the menu truly shines! Each ice cream concoction (including one of my faves, Rocky Road) is stuffed to the brim with mix-ins and the shakes are just the right kind of thickness.The girls who served my friends and I were very friendly with warm smiles and polite suggestions to get the most out of our eating experience. They even let me sample a flavor of their ice cream (after which I knew I was getting dessert with my meal!) so I knew what I was in for.The ambiance has that charming Pizza Planet vibe to it (If you've seen the movie "Toy Story" you get it!) filled with outer space decor and space-themed names for the menu items making it very family-friendly. If it had an arcade (or at least just a few cabinets), that would be pretty cool! (I'm not knocking points off for that one btw!)The place is definitely a good place for quality desserts and customer experience. As for lunch or dinner, it's good but I'm pretty sure your local diner may satisfy you a bit more. “I have tried alot of bubble tea places and this one is REALLY good! My friends and I got the Rose Milk Tea, Taro, and Earl Grey Milk Tea. The Rose & Earl grey were the best in my opinion! “My boyfriend & i went to this ralph’s and now we can confidently say this will be the only ralph’s we go to. John, the extremely nice & attentive owner, was the sweetest person we have ever met. he had been closed for an hour and still gave our order to us with a huge smile and great conversation. we were extremely apologetic since we came so late but he didn’t care, he talked to us for 10 minutes and made our day brighter. we love ralph’s but we love this ralph’s A LOT!! his staff is amazing and we couldn’t help but tip them for there amazing work.sincerely danielle & mike“
“There are different kinds of ice cream to get here. I got the hard ice cream to try and I really enjoyed the consistency and the taste. The mint chocolate chip tastes really good. It does not taste toothpastey at all which i enjoy a lot! It tastes very good. I also tried the coffee hard ice cream and it was very flavorful. It had a strong coffee flavor which I liked. I am excited to try new flavors here and new ice cream types. The workers are very kind as well which is memorable.“

I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! “I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

“I started going to this location 2 years ago, for a while I thought that the man helping me was rude and hated his job but once I got him to open up I realized he is hysterical and isn’t much for talking haha. He packs the cones with whatever ice cream and topping your taste buds desire( you can tell this is his favorite part), the service is quick and the facility is clean- what more can you ask for! Give this location and it’s staff members a chance and you won’t be sorry!!“

And preferably get some that can withstand the elements. “I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“
“Good place service is professional lots of choices. The chicken is delicious. The waffles are freshly made as you order. They come in a paper box with syrup. They also give you some kind of red sauce for the chicken I didn't explore. The chicken didn't need anything, in my opinion. Perfect as is. The downside is parking, only two spots, and on a busy road, it's hard to get in. Finding an alternative and walking a few feet for this chicken is my answer. The cost was under $10 for three pieces and a waffle. They have been the for many years and directly across from KFC, so they are definitely doing something right. It's worth a try.“

The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. Owner was very cool, helped my wife sample some ice cream flavors and was helpful with topping selections. Will definitely be going back. “Went here on a whim during the summer and had an overall good experience. It is your run-of-the-mill suburban yogurt place. They have good yogurt and toppings. The flavors are not overly sweet and the ability to customize it in countless ways, so you could theoretically try something new every time you are here. The place is unique in that it also offers açaí bowls, which I did not expect. The decor is outdated, but also kinda has a nostalgic aspect to it. It is conveniently located in Holbrook. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking in the complex. Pricing is fair.“

“We are literally obsessed with Ralph's Italian Ices and we stop by 4x a year or more when we drive out east and back. The service can be spotty during typical peak hours in the summer which one would expect since the space is small. They don't just serve typical 3-5 flavors and we are always talking about which flavors we will try next time. Kid friendly sizes offered and overall delicious! I recommend Ralph's ices for people of all ages!“

They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly!
