They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. “I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

“I've been to the Coram location and can say that their menus and desserts are consistently yummy. Can't go wrong with ice cream and cereal, really. Here's what we ordered: - Chocolate BAE: vanilla & chocolate ice cream twist, cocoa pebbles blended, chocolate sprinkles, brownie bites and cocoa, pebble dust on top and chocolate drizzle - Chunky monkey in shake form: vanilla ice cream, bananas, chocolate sprinkles, nutter butter blended on top, peanut butter drizzle The owner was in that day and even though we let him know we have been to the other location, he was still happy to help us. (Which was nice) When I went, it was only open less than a month, so the inside of the establishment looked a little bare with only a few tables and chairs. They do have an instagramable wall. I recommend!“

I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“
“Good place service is professional lots of choices. The chicken is delicious. The waffles are freshly made as you order. They come in a paper box with syrup. They also give you some kind of red sauce for the chicken I didn't explore. The chicken didn't need anything, in my opinion. Perfect as is. The downside is parking, only two spots, and on a busy road, it's hard to get in. Finding an alternative and walking a few feet for this chicken is my answer. The cost was under $10 for three pieces and a waffle. They have been the for many years and directly across from KFC, so they are definitely doing something right. It's worth a try.“

“Carla Marla has so many different flavors of ice cream and specialty sundaes/milkshakes that you are sure to find the right sweet treat for you! I loved how the building resembled a candy store from the 1900s, with shelves and buckets filled with all sorts of candies. I got to try their mint flavor, birthday bash, and cookie dough and everything was so good. It reminded me of childhood flavors which was very nice. I definitely want to go back to try their floats and specialty sundaes!“

The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. “Went here on a whim during the summer and had an overall good experience. It is your run-of-the-mill suburban yogurt place. They have good yogurt and toppings. The flavors are not overly sweet and the ability to customize it in countless ways, so you could theoretically try something new every time you are here. The place is unique in that it also offers açaí bowls, which I did not expect. The decor is outdated, but also kinda has a nostalgic aspect to it. It is conveniently located in Holbrook. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking in the complex. Pricing is fair.“
