“We have been going to this hometown location since it was a little wooden shack . My kids grew up going to Ralph’s , now they have kids . So now 5 generations of my family have loved Ralph’s Italian Ice Farmingville 🇮🇹🍧“

“I have to share an incredible story with you.. It’s long so please hang in there. One of my children had their tonsils out last Wednesday. I’m sure when this happens as a child it must be horrible, I know growing up so many of my friends had their tonsils out, but I was completely unprepared for how healing would be for my child who is an adult. The recovery has been so much more than any of us anticipated. For their recovery I was asked if I would bring up Blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s. Off to the store we went, purchased a few half gallons and brought it on the trip with us as we met up with our child the day of surgery. 24 hours after surgery my baby was a mess, the pain was horrible, and the only thing helping was blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s! I called the store and asked if there was a way to ship the ice to my child. The gentleman on the phone, who I now know as the owner of both the Selden Ralph’s and the Farmingville Locations immediately started to explain to me how we may be able to make that work. The next morning, after my child had already gone through a half gallon, I realized I had to try. When I called that day Pat took charge, not only did he do the research for what I needed, he got it all together for me. He even went so far as to tell me that if he couldn’t figure it out he would be willing to drive the 2.5-3 hours to bring it to them. (Let me add in my other child who is on the island with me was just diagnosed with a concussion, and needed me home so I was unable to be with my child who was recovering from surgery 😭) Pat went to UPS for me and picked up the right size box and the packaging I needed. Then he went on to get dry ice to make sure Blue Hawaii would survive the trip. While the local dry ice place wasn’t so kind, he then drove to Bay Shore to another reliable source who helped. (This was now taking up a ton of this mans time, a decision he made to help me to help my child feel better at no additional charge or perks for him. Without his help I would have never been able to figure this out or get it out that day) He packed the order and I had a friend meet up with him who would then take it to UPS for me to ship it out. So off the ice went on its journey. And it arrived 100% prefect to my child the next day. Yesterday I finally had the chance to meet the man who cared enough to go above and beyond for my family. He didn’t have to do this, there was nothing in it for him, he even gave her extra ice, and I honestly believe he would have taken the drive himself. I went back in to purchase yet another gallon and a half for my child who has not spoken since the surgery but when I FaceTimed them from his store yesterday they did so to thank this wonderful man blue tongue and all 😂. As I am now sitting on the ferry reflecting I needed to share this story with all of you. I am a big believer in being there for one another and what a random act of kindness can do and the impact it can have. This man could have just left it, he could have told me how to do it, and I could have attempted to stumble through while caring for my other child recovering at home yet he went the extra mile for my family. We already were huge fans of Ralph’s but they will now be our one and only stop. I hope if you have never given them a shot you will <3 and my child’s suggestion of course is try Blue Hawaii! I can’t wait to bring her more ice today!“

“Perfect ice cream every time. Must give it a try please.“

“Excellent, your getting what you pay for, everything can be customized, you can order in person or kiosk. The kiosk didnt ask me for a tip, felt bad, but good to know if your not a tipper. I couldnt finish my plate, dont say that often on a 20 dollar meal.

Will be back 🙂

The dinning area is smaller, so be prepared to take it to go. In no way a deal breaker for me“

“Good entertainment. Staff is friendly. Kids night was fun especially for the children. Wish they would organize the kids night better like when the mascots come out, there should be a line so the kids can take turns with alone time with the characters instead of rallying around them.“

“I don’t live on Long Island as I’m visiting from Canada, so we don’t have Carvels anywhere. When I visited this kind young man named Anthony was so kind and told me about so many amazing deals this carvel in particular has. I wish we had one near us and he worked there! He’s a wonderful young man and deserves a raise! Great man!“

“Simply cannot believe the negative reviews…I have been going here for years and I’m pleased with every experience. Probably upwards of 25-30 times since it’s been open.

Complaints about the prices? You control how much frozen yogurt and toppings go in your cup! It’s weighed! How about you take…less? Like, what?!

The owner is always lovely and efficient and the place is spotless. They seem to take so much pride in keeping it clean.

Will continue to patron this establishment and I absolutely recommend it.“

“Delicious and the best toppings!!! Always a special time with my granddaughter!🍨“

“This carvel is absolutely incredible! The ice cream is always fresh. No matter hard, soft, carvelanche, dasher or cake. I've been here countless times growing up, and every single time was a 10/10, no matter if it was during a calm morning, or a rush at night. I've seen employees mopping the floors and wiping the counters multiple times. Overall, this location is spotless, fast, and delicious!“

“I walked in there My pizza was ready. “A clean Carvel in a busy shopping 🛒🛍️ center. May I suggest putting a couple tables with chairs. Up front by the entrance and exit doors. You certainly have the room for it. Also offer soda 🥤 as well my daughter's and I would love to sit and relax in this Carvel. 🍨 🍦.“

“Their soft serve ice cream!!! 😍“

“You guys made my dairy free soft serve dream cone true! Last time I visited we discovered your soft serve dairy free chocolate and vanilla menu addition! At that time I hinted how I would die and go to heaven if you ever added a dairy free peanut butter soft serve…much to be delight…today we visited and you did just that!!! Thank you thank you thank you! It was DELICIOUS!!! Fan for life with customer service like that!“

“The way prices and rationed portions are these days, the large Carvel BOGO free WED classic ice cream sundae is still the best deal around!

Everyone in my family could choose between 6 daily soft serve (and twist) options, plus 1 from an abundance of great toppings, whipped cream, and a cherry. Same great quality since 1934 and seemed like a real bargain as BOGO free.

We go there again and again. Thank you Bayport Carvel!“

“Food is always good, and the service is always very friendly! 😊👍“

“Great ice cream and treats. Friendly staff!!“

“Love this place. This best frozen yogurt and so many toppings even though I only take one. Kids will love it. It is very clean and every person who ever waited on me there has provided good service and had a positive attitude. Tuesday is buy one get one. Love the tart flavor and good old vanilla the best. There are many flavors to choose from.“

“There’s nothing like a Ralph’s Italian ice to satisfy that craving. The problem is that there are too many flavors to choose from and they all are soooooo goood.“
