“Carvel in Middle island is the Best! I went to order a m&m cake for my son that is no longer made and they made it for me!! Came out better than I expected. They were very helpful and friendly . I highly recommend this location for you ice cream needs! I know I will be ordering from them again.

“I don’t live on Long Island as I’m visiting from Canada, so we don’t have Carvels anywhere. When I visited this kind young man named Anthony was so kind and told me about so many amazing deals this carvel in particular has. I wish we had one near us and he worked there! He’s a wonderful young man and deserves a raise! Great man!“

“This carvel is absolutely incredible! The ice cream is always fresh. No matter hard, soft, carvelanche, dasher or cake. I've been here countless times growing up, and every single time was a 10/10, no matter if it was during a calm morning, or a rush at night. I've seen employees mopping the floors and wiping the counters multiple times. Overall, this location is spotless, fast, and delicious!“
