“Carvel in Middle island is the Best! I went to order a m&m cake for my son that is no longer made and they made it for me!! Came out better than I expected. They were very helpful and friendly . I highly recommend this location for you ice cream needs! I know I will be ordering from them again.

“This carvel is absolutely incredible! The ice cream is always fresh. No matter hard, soft, carvelanche, dasher or cake. I've been here countless times growing up, and every single time was a 10/10, no matter if it was during a calm morning, or a rush at night. I've seen employees mopping the floors and wiping the counters multiple times. Overall, this location is spotless, fast, and delicious!“

“We visit the Shirley store regularly (maybe too regularly 😜) and are always greeted by the lovely staff who are very quick and flawless with taking orders. I would give five stars if they didn't run out of the popular flavors so quickly.“
“A Lil hidden sweet spot.. I kind of thought this location didn't get too busy. I'm wrong. Line looped around and out the door. Worth the wait. There was only 2 girls working... another one was Def needed. But I believe it was a Monday early eve so who knew it would be busy? Aaaw hell... it's summer it's hot n Ralph's is tasty and refreshing sooooo yeah jus assume it's gonna be busy.. but totally worth the wait. Try the pancake ice-cream Yummmmalicous“
