“What an incredibly stand-up family! My 17-year-old son took his gf here for a date night. He accidentally left his wallet. He’s been going crazy for a week trying to find it. Well, tonight, the owner came two towns over to deliver it to our house! She was waiting to see if someone claimed it, but when he didn’t (because he didn’t know that’s where he lost it), she came way out of her way to hand-deliver it. Every single dollar was still in it. “Always an excellent treat- my favorites are strawberry Twisters, chocolate milkshakes, and vanilla soft serve cones, but I definitely need to try more flavors of the Italian ice because I love the ones I've had and so many on the menu sound amazing! The staff are friendly and wonderful, and everything I've ordered at this location has been perfect. There's often a line but for good reason, and it's only a short wait because they are able to process the orders very efficiently :)“

“I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

“The gals are always friendly, fast and attentive…I just wish the real housewives of farmingville that always seem to flock to this location the same time I do— would answer the girls working the window instead of their phones so that the rest of us wouldn’t have to wait for their conversation to be over before we’re able to be helped…but I know that’s not Ralphy or his crews fault! “I was heading to pick up BOGO ice cream sundaes for the Wednesday special, when my 8 month old baby fell asleep in the car! I was alone and really did not want to wake him up, so I figured I’d call and ask if there was anyway someone would be willing to run it out to me if I pulled up to the front door. Whoever answered was the nicest woman and was totally understanding. I should’ve asked her what her name was, but she made the Sundays in under 5 minutes and brought them out to me. I gave her cash and we were on our way. I was so appreciative of the gesture!! Anyone with young kids or babies knows running errands alone sometimes can be tricky because of this, she was so accommodating I can’t thank her enough. What an awesome Carvel, 10/10 for customer service, that’s for sure!! Thank you again!!“

“I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“

I have been coming here since I was a little kid. I know come here all the time as an adult. I walk in, he knows my exact order no questions asked. Always a clean environment, and is always friendly towards myself and my wife.

“This is not the first time I have stopped for ice cream at this Carvel. I tried a strawberry thick shake and it was very good. I think the next time I'll have them add some strawberries to the shake. The person behind the counter was very nice. I'll be back for more.“

“Service was quick and efficient. We called them a half hour before they were going to close, and they did 2 large pies for us for a pick-up order.
I'm a NYC pizza guy, and this might be the best pizza on LI. It will give any NYC pizza a run for its money.
I was in the area because my sister in law lives down the block. We will be back every time the family gets together in Port Jeff.
We will try some of their dinners next time, but the pizza gets 4 stars, for sure.

The flavors are plastered everywhere in long lists. New flavors are randomly placed on pieces of paper on the windows. It’s confusing and daunting to pick a flavor but it works for Ralph’s. The cream ices have a good amount of chunks in them, depending on the flavor. I like anything with peanut butter or chocolate chunks in it. Water ices are flavorful. The Ralphie smoothies are incredible too. Big fan of the triple chocolate Ralphie.PriceIt probably costs as much as ice cream but i it’s less expensive than gelato. “This place ROCKS.

My GF and I are trying to keep our glucose in check and we seek out salad places (and have experienced MANY) and this has been by far our best experience. I had the Supreme Chef's salad and my GF had the Whole Food salad. I don't know what other people are talking about but everything including the dressing was included. You could add extras but we chose not to. Our total was in the $40 neighborhood but the portion size is excellent (my GF didn't finish).

Annalise (sp?) was a kind, thoughtful, engaging worker behind the counter and an absolute pleasure to be served by.

The ambiance of the environment is plain and small, so I marked them down one notch on the in-store experience but I didn't care at all because the salad was so good.

Five star experience --- Highly recommend, especially if you have any other salad-place experiences.
