There seem to be new workers. I’d assume they’ve never had a job in customer service prior. Besides all scoops looking like garbage, the interaction with the one employee was worse than garbage. Go to another location. p.s. all three squeeze cups looked like a bite was taken off.
They don't fill the cup high enough. Other locations do. One look at the franchise owner and you will see why...
I have gone to meny ice cream please on long island and nothing compared to the sevrse here on Friday 6/19/26! I believe the girl helping me was ava and she was so kind helping me find a flavor to get! I'll definitely be coming back
