Bought 2 larges for my fiancé and myself, and we were charged for 3. $20 for 2 Italian ices?! I tried calling management but the girls there said they don't know when the manager is in, how to contact him and if he even existed. On top of being overcharged, the young lady that helped us was absolutely rude. Every Ralph's I go to is service with a smile, EXCEPT this time. She had a pissed off face, condescending tone, capped our ices after we asked for it not to be capped, and shoved the spoons at us while flipping over the next window to ask for the next customer. We legitimately only asked for two ices, so I am not even sure what her attitude was about. I actually took the cash that I was going to leave her for a tip and put it right back in my pocket because her service was that horrible.

Always an excellent treat- my favorites are strawberry Twisters, chocolate milkshakes, and vanilla soft serve cones, but I definitely need to try more flavors of the Italian ice because I love the ones I've had and so many on the menu sound amazing! The staff are friendly and wonderful, and everything I've ordered at this location has been perfect. There's often a line but for good reason, and it's only a short wait because they are able to process the orders very efficiently :)

I want to start off by complimenting the young lady named Kayla that took my order at Ralph's Ices tonight. She was sweet and patient while my daughter and I weren't sure what to order. She gave suggestions to my daughter that she may like! In other words Kayla went out of her way with a smile on her face to help us decide...let's back up to 10 minutes earlier we attempted Baskin Robins in Port Jeff Station... we asked the man with the puss on his face for each of us to try a flavor.. he proceeded to throw his hands in the air and yell "which flavor?!Which Flavor?!With a nasty tone... my reply was NoFlavor! And We will never step foot in your store again and will be stopping at your competitor from now on ! Anyway Thank you Kayla for your kindness!

Bought 4 Quarts of Italian Ice and was told that I could't have any cups to go with them. When I questioned the worker, who is apparently the manager, she was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and had the biggest attitude. I was told I could buy cups if I wanted. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will never go back. For everyone reading this Bj's has giant tubs of italian ice for ten dollars!

Went there at 10 after 10 on 3-31-23 and the sign says they close at 10:30. Online says 11:00pm. When I approached the window at Ralph's the two girls were less then happy to see us. I asked if everything was okay based on there poor attitudes and they said they were closed. I asked when they were gonna change there sign due to the fact it said 1030 and with a poor attitude she replied when she has a chance.
Vanilla chip is always great! Service as good the girl recommended cotton candy for my daughter which was perfect not too sweet but sweet enough!

Very overpriced. There are no prices posted and when I asked about it, I was told the prices are inside, where the workers can see them but the customers can’t. More expensive here than at other Ralph’s locations. I got 3 pints - one cream ice and 2 water ices. Both water ices were difficult to scoop (the ice didn’t stay together). Wouldn’t go back.

I took my grandchildren to get ices tonight as I do maybe 3-4 times a week. My 8 year old Grandson got a sour blue ice which he had before and liked and told me this one didn't taste good, that it had a funny taste. I went up the counter where 2 young girls and a guy were working and told them the above. They told me if he tasted it they couldn't take it back but if he didn't they could. I told them of course he tasted it, that's how I know it didn't taste right. I asked them if they could just give him another flavor instead and they insisted that could not be done. I have sent back $100 steaks and never had a problem but a $7 ice was a problem. I went back and forth with them for a few minutes but kept saying I would have to pay for a replacement ice. Needless to say I wasn't going to do that to the disappointment of my grandson and they could care less. I was taken back by their attitude especially the blond girl and guy. I won't be going back.
