Wow!!! This location is AMAZING!! The young ladies are so nice and hard workers. Flo, the owner, picked the right young ladies to represent her and the store. My only dilemma is too many choices to choose from. Very sad that this location is on sabbatical until March 2nd- which also marks my return and hopefully every person who reads my review. We love coming to ralphs! I will say when the line is long, it can take a while. I do wish it wasn't on the side of the high way, there is no where to enjoy your ice cream. We always end up going home. But the ice cream/Italian ice is always delicious!! Location could be better.

Long wait and the very long list of unavailable flavors(supply chain apparently) cannot be seen until you get to counter. This causes a slow down since you've pretty much decided what you wanted prior to getting to the counter. 4 out of 5 of our orders were correct.
