They let you go around building to back in , kinda tight but doable. They unloading me in 1h full trailer . They cool people . They will come to when they done .“

“I have to share an incredible story with you.. It’s long so please hang in there. One of my children had their tonsils out last Wednesday. I’m sure when this happens as a child it must be horrible, I know growing up so many of my friends had their tonsils out, but I was completely unprepared for how healing would be for my child who is an adult. The recovery has been so much more than any of us anticipated. For their recovery I was asked if I would bring up Blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s. Off to the store we went, purchased a few half gallons and brought it on the trip with us as we met up with our child the day of surgery. 24 hours after surgery my baby was a mess, the pain was horrible, and the only thing helping was blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s! I called the store and asked if there was a way to ship the ice to my child. The gentleman on the phone, who I now know as the owner of both the Selden Ralph’s and the Farmingville Locations immediately started to explain to me how we may be able to make that work. The next morning, after my child had already gone through a half gallon, I realized I had to try. When I called that day Pat took charge, not only did he do the research for what I needed, he got it all together for me. He even went so far as to tell me that if he couldn’t figure it out he would be willing to drive the 2.5-3 hours to bring it to them. (Let me add in my other child who is on the island with me was just diagnosed with a concussion, and needed me home so I was unable to be with my child who was recovering from surgery 😭) Pat went to UPS for me and picked up the right size box and the packaging I needed. Then he went on to get dry ice to make sure Blue Hawaii would survive the trip. While the local dry ice place wasn’t so kind, he then drove to Bay Shore to another reliable source who helped. (This was now taking up a ton of this mans time, a decision he made to help me to help my child feel better at no additional charge or perks for him. Without his help I would have never been able to figure this out or get it out that day) He packed the order and I had a friend meet up with him who would then take it to UPS for me to ship it out. So off the ice went on its journey. And it arrived 100% prefect to my child the next day. Yesterday I finally had the chance to meet the man who cared enough to go above and beyond for my family. He didn’t have to do this, there was nothing in it for him, he even gave her extra ice, and I honestly believe he would have taken the drive himself. I went back in to purchase yet another gallon and a half for my child who has not spoken since the surgery but when I FaceTimed them from his store yesterday they did so to thank this wonderful man blue tongue and all 😂. As I am now sitting on the ferry reflecting I needed to share this story with all of you. I am a big believer in being there for one another and what a random act of kindness can do and the impact it can have. This man could have just left it, he could have told me how to do it, and I could have attempted to stumble through while caring for my other child recovering at home yet he went the extra mile for my family. We already were huge fans of Ralph’s but they will now be our one and only stop. I hope if you have never given them a shot you will <3 and my child’s suggestion of course is try Blue Hawaii! I can’t wait to bring her more ice today!“

“Protein waffles were probably the fluffiest waffles I’ve ever had, with a perfect delicate crunch on the outside. Hint of vanilla flavor. Whey & soy protein.
I also got the wonder-woman drink I think it was. Pretty sweet but it was delicious. Has aloe Vera, green tea, and some other stuff.
I had sustained energy to study for 4 hours before I took a snack break, and I didn’t get a caffeine headache from the tea.

“We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!“

“After watching a softball game of my best friend's daughter, I decided to go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe near smithaven mall. I was interested in their bowls and wraps. I decided on the Bahama mama bowl n dragonflies bowl. Also, I got a Thai chicken wrap. I included pictures but not of the wrap due to the fact I forgot to take one before I ate it. It took less than 10 minutes to make the three items. I was wondering because I only saw the person taking my order, it appeared he was the lone employee--i was incorrect. A female soon began doing this n that n creating my dishes. This n that I thought was rather quick for what I thought were pretty involved items with ingredients o plenty. The bowls were $11 each, wrap was $10 n u choose a side of chips, apple or banana. I chose sun chips but thought apple or banana was also included
Again, I was not correct. Will I go back? Not on to do soon list, no. I added a Pic of me my bestie for the restie because I did go to TSC right after spending time at the game with her. Blessings to all.“
