The counter person, when I asked for the Bathroom Key, since I am a masculine lesbian woman, literally, haded me BOTH the women’s key, AND the men’s key, while giving me this wierd look, as if she couldn’t tell which I was.. like first off, just because I wear Ken’s clothing, does not make me ANY less of a woman than ANY other woman in this world is. 2nd, I have a feminine voice, & face, & 3rd, I have a freaking chest, for crying out load! Busy Sunday 1pm !!! Staff was pushing out so many orders and staying very organized. I waited for my order and I saw the teamwork and kind customer service!!! 10/10 drink and staff. Thank you!
This is the second time I have gone into this location and the service is terrible. The employees refuse to come out of the back and talk to customers. The last time I was in I waited around ten minutes in the store and ended up having to order through the app as no one came out to take an order. This time I waited around five minutes just for someone to hand me my food because it was sitting behind the counter.
