“Came back to tropical smoothie today after a rough experience Much better experience. Staff was quick and responsive. The manager was well composed. Cashier informed me about half off smoothies before 10 am! Manager showed concern with her staff asking where they feel more comfortable doing food or smoothies. Loved that!Manager ensured a great experience overall!“
“Store was pretty clean.Service was pretty good there's a couple young kids in there but they were very respectful and it was helpful with the menu being that I haven't been there before. This location hasn't been open too long it's probably a year and a half that it has been open. I got the mango papaya smoothie that was pretty good. My sister had a strawberry lemon smoothie which was good as well. Prices are fair definitely will be back.“

“My boyfriend & i went to this ralph’s and now we can confidently say this will be the only ralph’s we go to. John, the extremely nice & attentive owner, was the sweetest person we have ever met. he had been closed for an hour and still gave our order to us with a huge smile and great conversation. we were extremely apologetic since we came so late but he didn’t care, he talked to us for 10 minutes and made our day brighter. we love ralph’s but we love this ralph’s A LOT!! his staff is amazing and we couldn’t help but tip them for there amazing work.sincerely danielle & mike“
“So happy to see another organic place on Long Island! This place makes amazing pies! The Key Lime pie is incredible! The best thing is that all the ingredients are good for you!The owner uses ingredients such as cashews, dates, coconut oil, maple syrup and dates. All the pies are gluten free and paleo. You can also order a whole pie in advance. The owner is an absolute sweetheart and so helpful.“
“The man behind the counter is always there when I come in, he recognizes me sometimes which I love. He's so sweet and has conversations about how the store is and how the east Islip location is. The smoothies and teas are all great and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who goes to the gym or is just on the run with no time for a meal. They have so many to choose from too.“
