“I've been going here since they opened years ago. I've moved away but still get food from here almost every time I come back to visit (monthly). It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. The last time I ordered, I switched out for soy protein but forgot to remove the bacon when I ordered from the app. They called me immediately before making my order to make sure I wanted bacon in there. Above and beyond my expectations for service.The smoothies are delicious, service is quick and fresh, and they have a ton of options (including plant based protein for smoothies).Always glad to see how well they're doing and that their quality never suffers.“

“This is our new " go to" restaurant in Glen Cove. The decor is playful and inviting. The wait staff efficient and friendly. And the food absolutely wonderful. Every time we return we order something different. Especially loved the Shrimp Domburi and Chicken Shoyu Ramen. You could honestly have a meal eating just the appetizers. Don't forget their rewards program! I was able to get $6 off our dinner order. BOGO wine is a plus.Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!“

“This was the first time I tried a bowl here. I had the purple one. It was really good! The portions are big and I loved the coconut chips. Everything tasted very fresh/natural. It smelled really good in the store too.The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the granola. It was a little too crunchy and did not have enough variety to it in my opinion. I like when granola has something else mixed into it such as nuts, seeds or dried fruit. All the staff seemed to be enjoying their job and I liked the atmosphere. I also tried a wellness shot for the first time because I’d never had anything like that before. It was interesting! I’ll def be back.“

“This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle. It was perfect. Not dry. And the sauce, it was a perfect addition.“
“I passed by this quaint coffee shop in Lindenhurst on Sunday. I am always looking for new places to try. The place was so cute inside. The Coffee was so good. I believe it was Kayla's choice or barrista choice, something like that, so good! What impressed me the most was a young lady named " Kayla" who helped me with my coffee. It is nice to write a good review on a place that you love but it is very rare when you find people that truly love their job and what they do, especially teenagers. Kayla was super sweet, patient, she listened and got my order right to the tee. You can tell she loves and appreciates what she does. I would gladly tip her every time on her service. Kudos to who hired her and saw her potential.Definitely visit Muni's for a good cup of coffee in a quaint little shop and hopefully, you get to meet Kayla on your visit.“

“I recently visited Lucky Penguin for the first time and had the pleasure of trying their matcha crepe, while my friend opted for the Ferrero Rocher rolled ice cream. Let me tell you, the matcha crepe was a revelation - it's easily one of the best I've ever had. Special thanks to the young man working there who recommended it to me; he really knows his stuff! The customer service was outstanding as well; they even gave me extra sauce topping for free. Yum! Lucky Penguin is a must-visit for dessert lovers.“
“Store was pretty clean.Service was pretty good there's a couple young kids in there but they were very respectful and it was helpful with the menu being that I haven't been there before. This location hasn't been open too long it's probably a year and a half that it has been open. I got the mango papaya smoothie that was pretty good. My sister had a strawberry lemon smoothie which was good as well. Prices are fair definitely will be back.“

The best thing is that all the ingredients are good for you!The owner uses ingredients such as cashews, dates, coconut oil, maple syrup and dates. All the pies are gluten free and paleo. The server that my bro and I met, Crystal, was super friendly and welcoming.We ordered different smoothies for ourselves, our parents, and my fiancé: Oreo; plain vanilla (not on the menu, so this was a special request); s'mores; mocha frappe. All so delicious...and healthy! What was interesting to learn is that none of the smoothies are made with milk, only water and the protein powder!The consistency of the smoothies was perfect: not very thick, not watery. Crystal told us that they are meant to be meal replacements and should therefore keep one full for 2-3 hours. That was definitely the case with me - got our smoothies early afternoon, and I personally did not get my appetite back until dinner time!I enjoyed my smoothie, but I came here with the intention of getting a protein power bowl (had been craving one from the night before). So it was a bit disappointing to learn the bowls were not available because they had been sold out.Great place for a healthy treat, but my advice would be to come earlier versus before closing time, so you have a wider selection available!“

I got the kids size and it was so filling because of all of the ingredients. I will def return to try some other bowls.. delish“
“Our family is so happy to have a SoBol even closer to us now! Our favorites are still the classic açaí and green açaí bowls. I appreciate being able to customize my order on the app and whenever there is an issue (which doesn’t happen often) they are happy to remedy the situation to ensure we are happy with our order. The açaí bowls are a great light lunch/snack while on the go and tide us over. We also love grabbing them for breakfast on weekdays.“
