“Went there for the first time yesterday. I got the spinach lentil soup, salmon bowl (spinach and broccoli) and a wheat grass shot. The salmon was cooked well, not hard and tasty, maybe a lil bit more seasoning but not a deal breaker as they provide salt and pepper. I was in and out. I would go back.“

Currently there are 8 customers including me waiting and there’s only this one poor employee ( another customer just walked in ) working everything. AND she also has online orders to fulfill. “Great little spot for a quick lunch. I had the lunch special. Included a green refresher juice and a tuna wrap which were both delicious for under $20.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is very low key and cozy, soft reggae music in the background for a relaxing lunch. There is some bar seating by the window and a few small tables for 2-3 people. Would definitely come back.“

“This spot is a gem! Not too many healthy options in this area. The jerk chicken wrap…Good Lord! It is perfectly seasoned, tender and the veggies they use are so fresh and adds so much flavor! The prices are definitely good especially during these hard times . The fresh juices are really good as well. Just call in your order they get busy! Enjoy!“
