“Went there for the first time yesterday. I got the spinach lentil soup, salmon bowl (spinach and broccoli) and a wheat grass shot. The salmon was cooked well, not hard and tasty, maybe a lil bit more seasoning but not a deal breaker as they provide salt and pepper. I was in and out. I would go back.“

“Love this place!! The employees are always so friendly and helpful! The food is EXCELLENT as always, and I'm obsessed with the Buffin muffins ($~6) and overnight oats ($~9), although the latter are a bit too pricey. My favs are the Welcome to the Sno buffin (which tastes like those viral pink squishy chocolate snowball pastries and are good even when frozen, also has a cream filling) and the Fitella overnight oats (very filling). Cash register has some excellent protein bar recommendations next to it, I always grab one. The meals are always good no matter what I get, and they are priced around $11-12. My favorite is the Soho Steakbowl, which comes with marinated steak strips and sweet potato fries, and is $12. I miss the Egg White Muffins, they need to bring them back!!! Same with the Tres Leches buffin!! Whenever I come here I grab 10 meals for a discount, and they last me a work week.“

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Service was incredible i walked in while the store had a good amount of people, i saw 2 employees and thought id never get my order. As i order this kind young man helps me decide what bowl i want (he was very generous btw), you can fully optimize yours for your liking. After i finished paying, it was mostly just me there waiting for my food so the young boy says theyll have it out in a couple minutes so a check my phone and then boom order in my face (mind you they were making a lot of orders). I forsure thought it was premade and left out or something but when i tried it it was soooo good the nutella was still gooey and warm while the base was still frozen and refreshing and all the fruits were so fresh! I wish i took a picture cus the presentation was everything but i couldnt help but eat it :( . Nonetheless, Service was amazing, the young boy was really sweet and had a nice white smile, the tall young boy made my bowl with love, and overall my experience was one of the best in all of my fast food experiences. “Way of Life Wholesome Eatery in Syosset is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever eaten. The food is both healthy and full of flavor, which is hard to find. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell it’s made with care right in front of you.

The owner is amazing, always kind, helpful, and willing to accommodate. The staff is just as great, very focused on customer service and making sure your food comes out perfect every time.

I come here almost every day, and it never disappoints. The Thai Zinger is delicious and very filling. Their organic turkey patties are some of the best I’ve ever had. And even though it’s not on the menu, their chicken Caesar wrap is on another level, you won’t find a better one anywhere else.

“Ordered the Mezze Crunch salad and it was really delicious. Everything tasted really fresh and the ingredients had a great mix of textures and flavors. The salad was crisp, well balanced, and had a nice combination of crunchy and savory elements that made it really satisfying.

“Craving a salad and this was the perfect place to go. Ordered the Tokyo Supergreens bowl and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I mistakenly got “medium level” dressing and my salad was too salty, so I went back and asked one of the employees if I could add more greens to dilute the flavors. He offered to make me a completely new salad but I deferred as I don’t like to waste food. After getting some additional greens, my salad was perfect!

Not only that, but the employee (turned out to be the manager) that gave me the greens came out shortly after to check if my salad was ok… and again offered to make me a new one if I wasn’t satisfied!
