Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. Im a regular here, and this place never disappoints, the owner and his daughter are great people. Feels like home everytime you go in there, they're always so welcoming! I order a Iced skinny latte with honey and its always consistent and very good. Definitely reccomend going there!
