Tsaocaa Rockville Centre is a clean, cozy spot with super friendly and attentive staff. It offers high quality boba, daily brewed tea, and fresh ingredients. The taro milk tea is amazing, smooth, and creamy with real taro flavor. The fruit tea and milk tea are consistently solid and delicious, with fresh fruit and nata jelly options. Drinks are good and not overly sweet, with a variety to choose from. The shop provides indoor seating and a reward card program. It is considered one of the best bubble tea spots in the area.
