Great icecream and service
Been to many Ralph's locations around the island and I love their ice cream (Especially their soft serve) but employees here need to follow customer instructions better when it comes to preparing their orders (Yes we all make mistakes I get that). I ordered pints of their soft serve ice cream requesting them to freeze them overnight, they instead did the total opposite of what I requested melting them down in the refrigerator overnight.
