Loved the caramel Frappuccino and the service was fantastic!
I recently visited an incredibly busy Starbucks. The staff worked completely in sync, staying organized, efficient, and friendly despite the constant rush. The general manager Luis was right there alongside the team, leading by example with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. It’s clear this team takes pride in providing excellent customer service, even during the busiest times.
Just had to take a minute to share a great experience I had at Starbuck in North Babylon today. A big thank you to the manager Lou for welcoming and engaging with the customer's. The staff were kind and friendly as well making the customers laugh. It truly made my day. The manager clearly leads by example and creates a positive work environment. It is always nice to visit a place where staff genuinely care about making customers feel appreciated. Also, my coffee came out great....read full review
