I don't know what happened to all the staff that used to be here, but now everytime I come here ( this will be my last time at this location) the drive through girl has the most insane nasty attitude. Like TF did I do? This isn't the first time shes gotten a drink super wrong and when you say anything the eye rolls and glares you get. She should not work in customer service.

This Starbucks location is the absolute worst every time coming here there is almost always an issue: the drive thru speaker is broken, they closed early, even down to a time as soon as I swiped my card for payment there was an issue and they could only do online orders. This location is horrible its outdated and the workers are a hit and miss when it comes to getting your order correctly.

Went to the drive thru at 3:30 on a Wednesday. There were five cars ahead of me. It took Over 20 minutes to get to the speaker. After placing my order it took Another 6 minutes to move two car lengths to the cashier. Drink still wasn’t ready. If in a rush do not come here.

If you get any kind of cold brew in here joining the week days they all taste the same , never have sweetened in it also , I don’t know who’s making it in the morning but in the weekend is great , I think the person who make the coffee in the morning joining the week days need more training, I’m did complain about it in the past but never change , I hope this review will bring attention to the manager who in charge of this location, if I wasn’t live close by this place I will prefer going to the one by West Babylon on Montauk highway

46 minutes for 1 cup of regular coffee at the drive up window. Cup was filled to the brim. As soon as I tilted the cup to take a sip, it was overflowing and dripping down the side of the cup. It made a big stain on my white shirt. Ridiculous!!!
