Employees are super nice, but whenever I come here, drive thru or in store, I end up spending 20-30 mins waiting for my order. It’s not busy enough for it to take that long to get orders done. Farmingville is constantly crazy busy and I never wait longer than 5 mins for my order. Also, there is a noticeable difference in taste between oat milk and almond milk. I just want to say that I ’ve been buying Starbucks for as long as I can remember and there are very few places that can actually make a drink correctly and know how to warm up a sandwich (without being two burnt or not cooked enough)but this location right here, is the BEST. Great service, great drink, and they know how to heat up correctly their food, thank you so much and I wish this wasn’t so far from my house.????.Everybody here needs a raise !!

My daughter ordered a drink and we waited for 11 minutes before we noticed that someone who ordered after us had received their drink. Upon showing our receipt the one woman who was working very hard to make drinks apologized and said she'd make it right away. The girl who took our order never apologized or even noticed how long we'd been waiting because she was too busy talking with a friend and making her order the entire time.
