“Classical Italian Dining, Best Chicken Parm on the Island!“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ regularly, and it’s definitely one of my favorite locations! The coffee here always tastes fresh and smooth. I’ve been to other locations where the coffee can taste a little bitter, but I never have that issue here. It’s so good that I’ll go out of my way to stop at this location, even if I’m not in the area!
The manager/owner and the entire staff are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The store is clean, the service is great, and I’m always happy with my experience. Definitely a location I recommend!“

“My mother has been going through cancer treatments for months. Most days she can’t even leave the house from exhaustion . She went to the grocery store this morning and when she left she was so exhausted she decided to go to McDonald’s for a hamburger and sit there for a while before heading home. When she got to the front door she saw people leaving saying the inside is closed only the drive through is opened. She of course went to make sure this was true. As she opened the door the cashier said sorry only the drive thru is opened but she looked up and saw my mom ( you can tell by looking at my mom she is sick) and said “oh honey, come in what would you like?’ My mom said just a hamburger and a small French fries. She told my mom to go sit down she would bring it to her and said that it was on the house. My mom thanked her but said she would pay. The cashier said absolutely not. . Your meal is on us today. She said , now you go sit and I’ll bring it out. They even came over and cleaned up her mess when she was done. My mom said they treated her like a queen. Thank you so much McDonald’s in Oakdale NY for doing this.“

“I stop for coffee and ham/egg/cheese on a biscuit several days a week. The coffee is delicious, so is the Raspberry Lemon hot tea! Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“So nice inside and the food is great!! it's about 10-ish bucks for a salad, and it's so worth it. I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol“

“I stop at this Starbucks almost every Friday morning, and occasionally another day during the week, and I pick up for myself and three of my coworkers. Last week, it was a coworker’s birthdays, and I asked one of the baristas, Serena, to write “happy birthday” on her cup. She took the cup, drew a birthday cake, candles, stars, and wrote “Happy Birthday” in the cake. She went above and beyond what was necessary and my coworker was so excited! Thank you!“

“The store has a lot of unique high trend bread. The owner/staff is very polite and generous and, the cashier/owner is kind too. It's a perfect place to buy bread/cake as a gift. The bread that I bought are fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to try other items and coffee.“

“If you come to this Tim Hortons in the a.m.-early afternoon, you will be met by the sweetest face in all of America, Sera. Sera Is the best person in the world with the most amazing customer service and we come to this Tim Hortons now often just to see her face. A Venti coffee with a shot of espresso is just what I need to keep focused, and the quiet, comfortable, but also chill environment has helped me produce some of my deepest analytical work and solve some major life questions. “I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

“Absolutely hands down one of my favorite experience at starbucks. The store was beautiful and the team was so kind. One person that stood out amongst the crowd was this Barista named Gianna. She was so genuine and so incredibly kind to us. She spent her break sitting at chatting with us. Talk about that level of care. She genuinely cares about her customers and it definitely rubs off on the team. Best Barista ever. Not sure if there is a special appreciation apron or anything but she deserves recognition for sure. If not a raise! Girl handles stress like a boss and works so diligently through it. Ten out ten service. Must go here only for Gianna.“

The hero roll was just right (fresh and not too hard or dry) Having breakfast food delivered can be iffy (at your own risk) but the Hungryman I ordered from Bagel City Co. was excellent, best I've had since moving to the Smithtown area.“
