“update below: Went for a Disney bingo which was so fun but we ordered a special on the board (both the same) and we both got sick. I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I’ve updated this review in high hope of returning and having a good experience and updating to 5 stars!”

Our food was fantastic across the board, from appetizers through dessert! (Mussels are a must!) Our server, Rich, very naturally struck the balance of being attentive and very friendly without being intrusive.”

“We ate at this Japanese restaurant in Oakdale because we had tickets for the CM Performing Arts Center and it was nearby. It was a lovely restaurant with excellent service, and the food was fine. I ordered hibachi and knew that it wouldn't be cooked in front of me, but it was very different from the hibachi I've experienced at Benihana, for example. Two friends got Bento boxes and thought they were excellent.”

“We visited The Wharf on Sunday evening and had a fantastic experience. We sat outside by the water, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful—relaxing, scenic, and the perfect setting for dinner.
The highlight of our visit was our server, Brittany. She was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive, and fit right in with our party, making us feel like we were dining with a friend. Her great personality and excellent service truly made our evening memorable.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. We'll be asking for Brittany again on our next visit!”

And here is a secret...It was affordable. The food was incredible and plentiful. Great Chefs. Another secret...add the raw oyster station. We went with 100% out of doors and it was spectacular. Fits 100 easily. Places for shade and sun and a great gazebo for the ceremony. We can't recommend it more. We did our wedding but this could have been a 50th birthday just as easily. Another secret is bring your own acoustic player for the music. We had a friend play and it really set the mood for the day. So, The View in Oakdale is a perfect spot to start a life together, party for someone reaching a milestone or hell, just a great happy hour with friends on the water.”
