Terrific seasonal fruit pies and cakes along with themed displays for Holiday's. Nice selection of small pastries. Had some company for the July 4th weekend. The Chocolate Mousse cake, Fruit pie heaped with fresh fruit, cheese cake and cookies were a big hit. My guests complained that the desserts were To Good and they were all overeating.
Service is quick and efficient.

“One of the best bakery with wide variety of products with different flavors, I visited couple of other bakery to get larger than 10inch cake, however, I was able to find large cake only at this place in entire 10 miles surrounding. Would definitely come back. 10/10.

“I was so excited to find Florie's Finales over 27 years ago and have been a loyal customer. I have used them for so many things, especially their incredibly delicious and beautifully designed cookies. They have been party favors, holiday treats, gift toppers, get-well and thank you and thinking of you gifts. Every time I buy cookies for others, I get some for myself. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and we have had many nice conversations. Two days ago they went above and beyond. Without getting into too many details, they helped me after an upsetting situation where the post office's error resulted in the cookies I sent to Germany being returned 2 months after they were sent. I bought the cookies. I sent them. Florie's Finales was not involved at all with the shipping aspect of things. But when they heard what happened, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get new *custom made* cookies on their way to Germany as quickly as possible. I didn't think I could love them any more than I did, but this was the "icing on the cookie". I didn't think I could appreciate them more than I did, but somehow, they made that happen. We got our wedding cake from them and it’s truly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting compliments on how it looked and tasted weeks later. “I try the Whisk for the first time on Sunday, I was looking for a Reese’s cake on a Thursday for a Sunday birthday celebration and I’m so happy with the experience with this bakery, I’m not a huge fan of peanut butter but this cake is the perfect balance, the chocolate and peanut butter combination was immaculate and the filling has pieces of Reese’s pieces and is just the perfect amount of sweetness, honestly I’m obsessed with this cake! “They were open on Christmas Eve till 5pm. Called in to confirm and someone quickly answered the phone.
When I arrived there were people waiting outside but wait was not long around 5 mins. They didn’t want too many ppl inside.
Service was great, professional. Someone recommended the silk chocolate cake and I grabbed some sugar free cookies for my mom.

The dining area isn’t big, so I think that lends itself to how fresh and yummy the food tastes. The menu offers the right amount of choices, but don't expect a typical diner menu. I think once word gets out, it is going to be hard to get in! It is a little diamond in the rough of Sayville. I do have one complaint; no parking! I had to park the next street over. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I needed a little walk after a full, yummy breakfast. I wanted everything on the menu, so I will be going back. No doubt about it. The staff is super friendly and one of them has BEAutiful handwriting (If you get the reference, you are my people!).“

It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it.
