This "secret" bakery on long island in Holtsville is home to some of the best crumb cake, EVER! It's not your dainty crumbcake, I call it lumberjack crumb cake... the type where you get more crumbs than cake... best part? WHOLESALE pricing! You can buy a sheet cake that has 20 slices for under $30. This is the place that the local supermarkets and delis buy their stuff from. At the bakery its cash and carry only. All I can say is wow. The woman who helped me today was honestly so fantastic. Nicole is one of the most informative, sweet, and caring people you can meet with there. I was extremely annoying and asked many questions because this was my first time here and she was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. She walked me through how everything works and I cannot wait to come back and buy more. I will update the review when I do' planning a small party so I am very excited...read full review

I tried their pastries after a 5K event and I had their chocolate chip cookie. Wow was it yummy. I also managed to get their chocolate crumb cake. Excellent flavor and pairs well with coffee and tea. I recommend you try their pastries, no disappointmentsonly smiles.
