“The music was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and quick to help — we barely waited at all, and the food was nicely presented.
However, the food itself needs some work. We ordered the pollo and carne empanadas, and the chicken and beef were hard to tell apart, with more potato in the filling than meat. The outside was hard rather than crunchy, as if they'd been sitting out too long. The bread was also stale, not fresh, and noticeably smaller than before.
Decent service, but the food quality has slipped.“

Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. “We had a death in our family. I called Villa Bella to order cookies. I had never been there but had some of their cookies at one time. A lady named Cathy answered the phone and I explained. Well Cathy couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She even put ribbon and a bow on the box. If that wasn’t enough she took a picture of the box outside and inside and sent it to me to see. She was absolutely wonderful. Tku Cathy God bless you. I highly recommend Villa Bella and Cathy“

“I really do like this bakery and it has been our go to for 20 plus years but $15 for the Philly fluff is absolutely outrageous now. I understand increasing costs but this is like double what it used to be not that long ago . Guess no more Philly fluff for me 🤷🏻‍♀“

“they have an amazing worker in there. Picked up a party tray Friday the 21st she asked if it was for a party. I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That worker without knowing how much I’ve been hurting made me smile and feel a little lighter. thank you for making a hard time in someones life just a little better by your words and actions great establishment besides food“
