My fiancé had a fond memory of the Bake Shoppe in Patchogue (which closed during COVID), so we decided to try the Centerport location. This place has the most diverse pie selection in all of Long Island, and perhaps in NY. Although we didn’t try their pies we ordered breakfast sandwiches and a muffin. I live an hour away and it was worth every minute of the drive. I had an egg sandwich on their INCREDIBLE cheddar biscuit. It was amazing. Side note: the basil mayo tastes like pesto and it's fantastic. The chocolate frosted donut was the best I've ever had. The chocolate tasted real, not like a DD donut. 10/10 I feel bad for them bc they literally need triple their current square footage to serve their guests. It's always an absolute zoo when you go. Expect to wait a long time for whatever you get. It will however be fresh and high quality.
