“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

I entered into a well-lit shop filled with pastries, scones, cookies, brownies, croissants, breads and quiches, etc. and was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile by 2 attractive young ladies. It was a great vibe just being there, very stress relieving. The chocolate brownie is perfection in texture and taste! The scones and peanut butter coconut power bites are delicious! Their organic Colombian coffee is the bomb, and you can get it with your favorite milk - for me it’s Oat Planet oat milk. Stop in, it’ll make your day! A feast for the eyes and tastebuds :)“

I was going through my purchases when he said in a surly, tough guy manner: You're not going to return that, are you. I thought he was joking. I responded: No just checking to see if the order was correct. He then says: My kids are smart, It's the customers who are idiots. As he was backing his car out I must have had my WTF face on as I was shaking my head. He lowered his window and started in with an insane rant. Told him he was rude and insulting and I didn't want to hear it. He continued even as I got in my car. This guy was crazy enough that he could have gotten violent. The sad part is, for years I have been patronizing Fiorello Dolce even though it is a 20 minute drive from home. I have also recommended them to several people as the best bakery around. You can be sure of two things: I will never go back there again and I will share this story with as many people as possible.“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. “Ive been going here my whole life and generally I dont have any problems. Though recently ive had alot of small problems with my orders.

I ask for a butter bagel and I end up having to add more butter at home. There has been CONSIDERABLY less butter on my bagels than there usually has been. Now once or twice is okay, lets say they're running low on butter. Though there has been more than 5 times where I dont actually have enough butter to cover the bagel. Kinda sucks when im on the road and im rationing butter on my bagel. Especially when im paying for butter.

I ask for 1 plain and 1 cream cheese to get home with both bagels stuffed with cream cheese (at least the schmear is respected with cream cheese).

I ask for a hash brown on the side and they throw it in my bagel.

The bagels are good, the food is cooked well. The staff is generally really nice so this is a great place to stop by in the morning. Prices are about what you'd expect in this economy. Gone are the days an actual egg sandwich and a drink costs you less than 10$. Though I dont blame the store for that one.

Just take note you're currently better off buttering your bagels at home and just make sure you got your order correct.“
