“We went to Mannino’s tonight for the first time. The hostess was welcoming and our server and wait staff were friendly and polite. We enjoyed our drinks and appetizers to start. The food was amazing my husband had the Bronzini and me and my daughter-in-law had Seafood Fra Diavolo, my son had a plain chicken cutlet which they did for him when we asked for just a plain breaded chicken cutlet no sauce or cheese. They were very accommodating. We definitely will be going back with more family“

“As a foodie who frequent NYC for sushi, I can genuinely say that this place has one of the freshest fish. The price is also very good for the food and service you get. We got the toro carpaccio (highly recommend), salmon tortilla (also really delicious) and for entree we got the salmon Don, rainbow Naruto and crazy salmon. Everything was delicious.“

“Came here on a casual night drive and by dinner time we didn't know where to stop to eat. We were driving on the 27A and looking for places for dinner and we came across this place with very good ratings. Food is very good and well made. The Miso soup was not overly salted as some other Japanese places I've been. The décor is very typical of Japanese as it has these semi private booths which I have never seen before in any Japanese restaurants. Really liked this place and service was attentive. Even though it's a bit far from where I live I will def stop by when I am near this establishment.“

“This is my favorite steakhouse on Long Island. From the valet service to the bussers everyone is friendly and extremely welcoming. For the prices you cannot beat it for the quality of the food they serve. We absolutely love the thick cut bacon and always order an appetizer special. Tonight we had the pierogi which were delicious. I highly reccomend the ribeye as this is one of the most tender steaks I’ve had served to me. Better than most restaurants who claim a 45 or 60 day dry aged. The service here is fantastic you will not see an empty drink on your table and they do not leave any crumbs on your table. Desserts are always amazing. Tartufo is one of my favorites here and the cheesecake is delicious. DONT FORGET TO GET THE MAC AND CHEESE. That is one of my favorites on the menu. I could eat a bowl myself.“

Salad is great although they put green peppers in the salad but it’s not overwhelming and even if you don’t like bell peppers, you may not notice. “The wife and I stopped in for date night during Bayshore restaurant week. It's a nice spot, cozy environment, table spread is a good distance away from the next, it's clean and comfortable. They do get busy so get there early or make a reservation. We had the seasonal spread and shoshito pepper appetizers which were both very good, lots of flavor. I ordered the Shrimp and grits and even though I've never been a grits eater, I was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp and grits was incredibly good and had a ton of flavor. I ordered a classic margarita which was executed perfectly and the wife enjoyed her salad and mocktails as well. I would highly recommend this place and am certainly going back! “Simply put, this cozy, yet city-like seafood joint, never ever disappoints.Went last night with my wife for a date night, parked in rear lot no problems. We have frequented this joint over the years, both sit down and take-out (getting babysitters can be tough sometimes) and the owner obviously knows how to run a respectable and vibrant establishment. We like to either sit at the bar or the hi-tops behind it.As soon as we walk in, our eyes immediately move to the chalkboard with all the oyster selections. Last night featured around 7 oyster varieties from Long Island to PEIs, Pebble Beach, Massachusetts etc. We always like to ask our server (Rebecca was the absolute best), which ones stand out and she stated the Pink Moons. We proceeded to order two dozen total, sprinkling in all the varieties. It is heaven on earth here and when they deliver your trays, the convo immediately goes to whether it’s Mignonette or tartar and how much of a lemon squeeze. The absolute best. I told her if ‘Catch’ ever holds an Oyster eating competition , I want to enter…..and win!Our drinks were done to perfection. Filthy martini done perfect (stuffed olives amazing) for wife and Margs for me. We made sure to compliment the bartender.We shared the Soft Shell Crab sandwich for our entree. The taste brings us back to our Italian heritage growing up as kids. They even sprinkled bacon bits to go along w the regulars. Did not affect the taste one bit. Over the years we’ve had their soups, apps, fish dishes etc and I’m telling you, we eat all types of seafood and this place does it right.We highly recommend popping in here. Although Bennie was our server this past weekend - his as usual perfect service could not offset having possibly the worst table in the restaurant!!!!!!. Our party of four was seated in the doorway from the restaurant to the bar. On the other side of the doorway it was a table for 2 which is what our table should have been. My husband had to squeeze into the table and he is a small person. This reservation was made well in advance and not only repeat customers as ourselves but any party of four should have never been seated there. The constant being bumped into and the bus help reaching across our faces because they could not get around the table was pretty horrible and distracting.“

Family owned and run for generations. At times coffee needs to be made fresh but other than that four stars for sure. Great place to hold small to mid size parties. “I had dined at Stella Trattoria only once before, at Christmastime 2022. I can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t get back there sooner. This restaurant is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We were seated immediately upon arrival, & had drinks in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress, Julie, was the best. The food was nothing short of wonderful! It arrived at the table hot, in very generous portions, and was absolutely delicious! There are so many other places in the surrounding area that are well known with a lot more space for indoor dining. I would hands down choose Isabella's for the amount of food you receive and the taste (small space to dine in, but we do take out). I’ve said this numerous times I believe since I moved to this area there’s no sense of even going anywhere else I’m a big pizza person the Sicilian in the regular or some of the best I’ve ever had the chicken bacon ranch is probably the best slice of pizza I ever had in my 56 years. The people are kind the workers are great it’s just no need to go anywhere else. Great deal on Tuesday and the slices are always huge, I’m shocked sometimes the size of a slice.
