Rolling Smoke is the best BBQ hands down. The brisket melts, the ribs are meaty and tender and the burnt ends are delicious. Don’t forget the home made potato chips and coleslaw, which are always fresh and a perfect compliment. As good as the food is, owners Keri and Rich are even better people. Rolling Smoke Grill Food Truck serves absolutely delicious BBQ food. The brisket is the best ever had, super moist and tender with the right amount of smoke. The ribs, pulled chicken, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and corn bread are also amazing. The cornbread is a favorite—so yummy, moist, and with just the right amount of sweetness. The pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw is also a standout, with incredibly tender chicken on a brioche bun and really good sauces. The Mac and cheese is amazing, especially with pulled pork added on top.
The service is great and very friendly. The owner is extremely helpful from scheduling to picking a menu to stay within budget, and is super professional with clear communication. The workers are very kind, always greet customers with a smile, and work fast. Rolling Smoke is perfect for events like corporate appreciation days or work gatherings, and the food is so good that guests go back for seconds and thirds. Booking Rolling Smoke for a next event is a no brainer.
