I go there very often for the best food I have ever tasted. I try to eat something different off the menu every time. I have had so many different entries and I can honestly say that each meal is as delicious as the last. I have NEVER said "eh, that was ok". Instead every meal has been "OMG! that was so delicious ". Juan is a master in the kitchen because he has a passion for his art and you can taste it in everything you eat. Every appetizer, every entre and every desert is amazing....read full review
I had a delicious dinner at El Matador tonight. It was a spur of the moment decision and didn't really get to try that much but I had the skirt steak and it was absolutely delicious and my date also enjoyed her meal. The chips and salsa they give you when you are first seated were also very fresh and tasty. I say in the bar area and the bartender was our waitress and she was very attentive and kind. I can't wait to come back and try more of their dishes and add to this review.
