The Korean beef, glazed in a sublime sweet and savory marinade, paired beautifully with crisp baby bok choy that retained its vibrant color and satisfying crunch. The bulgogi beef bao buns were incredible. These pillowy-soft steamed buns cradled succulent beef, crisp lettuce, and their signature sauce that creates an addictive harmony of flavors. Each bite delivered layers of texture and taste that left me craving more. The service was impeccable – warm, yet professional, and clearly passionate about their craft. Sayville has found its culinary gem. “I moved out of the area for a few years and recently moved back. Cornucopia was one of my first stops. I missed the staff and the awesome food they make so much. Chicken Waldorf Salad and a Banana Date Smoothie were of course my first order of business. Both absolute must haves! There was a girl named Tina who used to work there, who made a summer specialty smoothie called Tina Colada. Obviously it had no liquor (☹️), but if you closed your eyes, you’d swear you were sipping it on a beach in Jamaica! It was so good! Wish they’d put it back on the menu. I was sorry to see that Sweet Soul Bakery had closed, because their brownies and homemade soups were to die for. But a new bakery makes a mini vegan coffee cake, mini vegan cheesecake, and mini vegan carrot cake - all very good! The Cole slaw is still awesome, and I highly recommend the Buffalo cauliflower!!!”

“I used Fritzsche's as the baker for my wedding cake and they were fantastic to work with! The cake was so delicious and gorgeously decorated. It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it. All of our guests loved the cake and everyone was asking who our baker was. I'm so happy we decided to go with my hometown's baker as our wedding cake baker! Thanks so much!”

“Mothersday 2025. Went into the starbucks for the 1st time ever. I have only ever been through the drive-through on a rare weekend morning with my wife. When it was my turn at the counter, The guy asked me if I’m having a good day and I showed him a picture of my wife and said do you know this woman and he said yes and I said yes I am having a good day and then I said do you know her order and he said yes and I said now I’m having an even better day And then he noted. He should probably leave out the espresso shot as it’s the weekend. Turns out he mailed that too five stars.

“I ordered egg salad, lox spread and scallion cream cheese with a dozen bagels for the office. Everything was delicious and fresh. The new owner Sabira is so friendly and really makes sure you are being taken care of. The bagel store is so clean and they are really organized. We are so happy to have such a great place for bagels in town!!”

“I did Texas Taco in Sayville and jad their food truck the summer prior to COVID hit and it was great! They pulled right up to house for a few hours, you can pick from different plan options and prices. If I remember correctly I think I picked an option that had up to 40 people even though I had 30 to be safe incase anyone else extra stopped by. We picked out some menu items with the owner ahead of time to be served. We set a time slot( thenowner came with truck like an hour early to prep food and get ready ahead if my start time and each guest was able to go back and forth to the truck as many times as they wanted within the few hours the truck was hired to be here. Great service( the owner and one other guy worked the truck the whole time they were here) everything made to order fresh and very good. Nothing but compliments from all my guests that day. I tipped at end and even tho I did a final tip some guests were so impressed a few threw them a few bucks during one of their many trips to the truck in my driveway that day too, even though i said I tipped they were so satisfied they wanted to top a few dollars too. It was deeelish!”
