She checked on us many times to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything. We had the corn tamales, tacos and a veggie burger. The food was great, service on point. One of my favorite places to eat. Thanks for a great meal. Highly recommend.”

“After a nice sauna session a few doors down, we stopped in here for a light dinner. Did not disappoint! Lots of parking in the back, and this place is among several other places on the corner of Ocean and Main. It was pretty full, but we got seated in a cozy spot up front. Immediately drawn to the octopus salad, but also tried the tuna wrap. A half dozen oysters while wating. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the wrap was nice and packed. This might become a regular after-sauna spot. Water glasses were filled often, and the service was nice and cheerful.”

The food is phenomenal and our bartender Gio was fantastic. He was attentive, kind, and had drinks for us before we even asked for them. Highly, highly recommend!”

On what might be the busiest weekend of the year in Patchogue (St. Paddy’s Day), the servers and bar staff were attentive and fast! In addition, I left my card in the restaurant and the owner himself came after us and hand delivered it. Consider us regulars each time we visit the village. ?”
“Went to have breakfast with my sister and our two little ones. The service is still great, from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out the door. Our server was sweet and attentive. There is nothing worse than one with an attitude, so I appreciate it very much.Even though there can be a wait to sit and eat, it is worth the wait. Unless you go during the week, it isn't that bad of a wait or no wait at all, I've sat at the bar as well. Each time I've gone, I've gotten a very nice server, so that makes me happy! Most importantly, the food is amazing!!!! Hands down one of the best breakfast spots around.”
“We had Thai Shrimp to start, it had a kick but wasn't too spicy. I had scallops and shrimp with risotto, the scallops were absolutely perfect and the shrimp and sauce were good. Wife had the Sirloin steak medium which had good sear and was very tender. Desert was fantastic Key lime pie.”

“From the moment we stepped in, the warm and intimate atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic evening. Our server was absolutely wonderful, attentive and added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. As we moved on to our apps and entrees, we were blown away by the interesting flavors and impeccable presentation. It's clear that the chefs at The State Room are truly passionate about their craft. Highly recommend the shrimp and the beef tartare as each was bursting with flavor. We couldn't leave without trying dessert, which was just as delicious as everything else we had. Overall, a wonderful experience!”
“This place is hands down the best Halal in Patchogue. The woman asked if it was my first time and then got me a sample of the chicken delicious over rice. Out of control good. Everything is Cooked fresh, and you couldn’t ask for a nicer staff. Do yourself a favor, get the Baklava and well. When I got home I put the extra white sauce on my body and pretended to be a Gyro.”

“These guys have really good burgers. A nice patty-probably flat-top cooked (so it's not charred). Enough toppings for the price, and the bacon isn't that cheap pre-cooked nonsense. The staff is always friendly here, so that's a definite plus. I don't drink so I'll only comment on their delicious food.”

“My husband and I have been curious about Virgola Wine Bar since we moved to Patchogue, but never got a chance to stop in as we were unfamiliar with their hours. For my birthday this year, my husband suggested going to check it out (this was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving) and they had a Wednesday special going on which was half off wine bottles. We figured we would grab a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and just relax. And that's exactly what we did! We tried a couple of samples of wine before landing on the Sangiovese red wine, which was absolutely delicious. We grabbed the bruschetta- Classico ($12) and three of our favorite cheeses (burrata, parmigiano reggiano, and raschera) which were reasonably priced ($8 each), and the portions that were given made that price totally worth it. Everything we ate was tasty and we couldn't even finish the cheeseboard between the two of us which we can normally do so we definitely left full and happy. We did run out of bread at one point but just we asked for more and they brought it right over. The vibe in there is very calm and relaxing. There were several people in there but everyone seemed to be unwinding and hanging out with friends so that was nice. It's dimly lit so it definitely gives those city wine bar vibes. I will definitely be bringing some of my friends to Virgola! Just need to find the right day since they have daily happy hours/promotions.Check it out for sure!”
“Where to start? The food and the service is always amazing. The lady in the front is super nice and alwys incredibly attentive to my needs when I order. I usually get sautéed broccoli and rice, and sometimes chicken wings and fried rice. The broccoli is always cooked with a good crunch and the white rice is always moist and fluffy. The sauce they use on the broccoli is also amazing. The fried rice and the wings is also good as a quick lunch, the wings is always crispy and nothing is ever soggy or greasy; everything always tastes fresh. The ambiance is always nice as well as the waitress makes my experience there always welcoming, w there it be dining or taking out.”

“After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try New Jade House the other day. I ordered a lunch special - boneless ribs, fried rice, egg drop soup and egg roll. The soup was delicious and the egg roll crisp and not greasy....but could have had more flavor. The boneless ribs were small pieces of meat and very fatty and the fried rice was dry. Maybe lunchtime is the wrong time to order. Needless to say, I was disappointed.”

“Nice sports bar downtown Patchogue. The service is excellent and location great. The best hot wings in Suffolk County in my opinion, cooked extra crispy.Parking: Once block over on N. Ocean Ave is a free parking lot, otherwise paid parking on the street cost about $1 per hours.”

“From the moment I contacted Michelle about the vision my niece had for her baby shower cake she was wonderful. The communication was excellent! She has such great flavors and fillings to choose from. It was a joy not to be offered the typical Italian cream cake. We sent a photo, chose the lemon cake with her signature filling, strawberry champagne, and it was perfect. I picked up the cake Friday at 12. Drove it to Jersey, it was packed perfect, and served it Saturday at 2. It was so moist and delicious. You could taste the actual strawberries. I can’t say enough about my experience with this bakery and Michelle and her staff.”

The atmosphere is of old Spanish, Mexican style uniquely beautiful. was there to celebrate my birthday with my family portion sizes were very generous staff replenished nachos service was very quick would definitely return to this hidden gem again their flan that they gave me my birthday served me in the restaurant was very fresh. The one I took home, had a bit of a fishy taste not sure if that’s normal was my first time ever having flan, other than that the restaurant is amazing as well as staff prices were reasonable on beyond was welcoming, would return again.Parking: Plenty of free parking as well as handicap parking, right outside location in parking lot.”

The beverage machine was truly one of the more modern ones and enabled you to choose from tons of options. The service was fast. The bathroom was clean. There was a required code to enter the bathroom, but getting the code was easy. The fact that this restaurant was right off the highway and easy to jump back on was great. I would suggest some signage that can be viewed on the highway to inform drivers they are approaching Wendy's on the next exit. I had forgotten they tasted soooo Goooooooooooood - hot, fresh and mouth melting - I devoured the whole biscuit in a few bites and then drove back again to order one more ( tooo much of a good thing is also not good ?)!!The staff at this location was so nice cause I told them why I was there and we shared a few smiles!!Thank you Lord!”

She just about had a meltdown when the Chicken Tacos were too spicy and her steak was overdone. They were both very kind and helpful to her and tried to rectify the issues by giving her another steak cooked to her specifications. I truly appreciate them. MY meal was just perfect! I got them doordashed and they were still so hot, double wrapped with a soft corn shell so they didn’t get soggy, and then individually wrapped in tin foil. I appreciate this level of care because tacos can get messy. The chicken was tender and juicy and the flavors were on point, and the tacos were filled well for the price! Highly recommend”

My bf got an egg sandwich with sausage bacon & cheese. He said he enjoyed it. I tried the hot & ready food available at the buffet because I was pleasantly surprised that it was early 10am & a lot of options were readily available. I had a small rice, beans and beef stew. Delicious. Very pleasant breakfast. I wish I would have paused & read the menu a little longer. I would have ordered a torta, barría tacos or a quesadilla. I honestly can't wait to come back for another swing! I couldn't find a breakfast deli in the area so I'm happy to add them to the Yelp map!”

Let me tell you, it definitely lived up to the hype! We ordered 3 different pies and their garlic knots. I requested a thin, well done crust. The regular pie with pepperoni had the perfect balance of flavors, with a robust tomato sauce, gooey cheese, and savory pepperoni. The white pie was a heavenly combination of creamy ricotta cheese, garlic, and herbs, creating a rich and indulgent taste. And, of course, the margarita pie, with its fresh basil, ripe tomatoes, and melted mozzarella, transported us straight to the streets of Italy. “Could have sworn I wrote a review for TJ's many moons ago. This was, of course, before they moved locations from Main Street to Washington. Not sure if the review was lost in the move. Regardless it's time to shout out a family favorite. My husband grew up going to TJ's. Ironically, I wasn't much of a sandwich person until the Hubs came along. And what was once a regular thing for us is now a treat. Hub's go to is a Chicken Supreme with American cheese and Mayo. Me...I bounce around. Some days I'll get a Tuna hero, and other days it's the Super Club or the #25 cold Italian hero with the works and Mayo. The bread is delicious. They put the right amount of meats/cheese which I can appreciate a nice, not overstuffed sandwich sometimes. Also the iced tea. Classic deli iced tea. Hard to find a good one these days. TJ's has stayed the same and continues to be one of the best. These days I get the unsweetened mango tea and it's just as good. What was once a tiny sandwich shop, is now a nice size convenient store which features some household items, a few groceries and lottery tickets. The staff...some of them have been there as long as I can remember. This is a local biz that I think the community would be crushed if they ever leave. They really are the best here, and have even helped me carry a ton of sandwiches to the car while doing a pickup with the kid. TJ's...one of the most underrated spots in LI but prob the best sandwich shop on the Island. If you didn't know, now you do!”

“Visited Los Andes for the first time today and I was impressed by how fresh and delicious the food was. We started off with the Ceviche, which was with fish, shrimps and octopus. The sauce that it's mixed with is packed with this sour and tangy flavor. Wasn't too overpowering but was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend. Then we had the yuca fries which were very good and perfectly fried, not too oily and starchy but delicious. I have to say, this was my first experience with Peruvian food and the service and ambiance was amazing. The gentleman that was serving us was very nice and well knowledgeable about the food. He recommended the ceviche and our main courses. Now for our main courses, we ordered the Lomo Saltado. Thinly sliced beef strips with French fries and this AMAZING soy sauce. The steak is prepared perfectly and not gamey or fatty at all, I just wish we were given a little more steak but the way the fries soak up all the juices with the steamed onions and tomatoes, it was all perfectly prepared. We got there RIGHT when they opened so folk I would definitely give Los Andes 112 a try because you will most definitely not be disappointed!”

“I recently attended a private party at Daisys and I could not have been more impressed. It was my first time there and everything from the decor of the place to the service to the food was top notch. The party was in a roped off private room in the back. We had plenty of room and could move around and talk to the other guest comfortable and easily.Started with appetizers for the table and each was better than the last. Apps ranged from fresh and light tuna wontons, to an absolutely addicting Tennessee chicken dip and sweet and savory captain crunch chicken strips. Loved them all.Entrees were served buffet style. There were big serving trays of creamy mac and cheese topped with homemade pulled pork, rice bowl with Birria, Greek falafel pitas and make your own Nashville hot chicken sandwich bar. This was not your typical buffet food with each of these delicious dishes also served on their regular menu.I could have been rolled out of there at that point but had to sample the snicker pie as well as the pecan pie and couldn’t pass on a giant warm cookie with ice cream.I loved the decor and they had Karaoke which a few of a party participated in. They also have live music multiple nights a week. The whole vibe was Just a whole lot of fun all around. Great place to come for dinner, drinks or host a party. “I had my daughter-in-law’s baby shower at Lombardi’s on the Bay. Not only was she coming from Colorado but we had a few out of town guests as well. I don’t think anyone left w/o complimenting the amazing atmosphere Including the beautiful, bright room and Peaceful water-view, the delicious food and the impeccable service. Will, the madre de did everything to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable. The staff did not disappoint! Chris & Louis went above and beyond to be sure nobody waited too long for anything.
