We had to try Whiskey Neat in Patchogue after reading a negative review and the owners response!! Impressed that the owner stood up for his restaurant with a legitimate come back! The food was so good as well as the drinks, all served properly. My husband had the pastrami sandwich with a side of broccolini. I had the seared scallops with a side of roasted carrots. We have come here several times, and the food is always fresh and well prepared. I am writing this review today specifically about the service level, which is exceptional. On what might be the busiest weekend of the year in Patchogue (St. Paddy’s Day), the servers and bar staff were attentive and fast! In addition, I left my card in the restaurant and the owner himself came after us and hand delivered it. Consider us regulars each time we visit the village. ?

First time experience in this part of Long Island and it was suggested to me by a random person to visit this place to see Jonathan and I must say that he did not disappoint. The experience he gave was not only above and beyond but unexpected. This is my new favorite place as a new resident of Suffolk county. Thanks Jonathan!
