Its Taco Bell...say no more
We went through the drive through and were helped by Dayana at the window. Great customer service and customer connection. The line also moved very fast for 10 at night and having multiple things in our order, and multiple cars in front of us. great service
I went through the drive-thru and had to engage with a machine. I'm thankful I used the app. Now I see why the line wasn't moving.

Taco Bell is a fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of food options. Some customers find the atmosphere to be cold and the staff standoffish, while others have had positive encounters with friendly and helpful employees. For example, a staff member who always hands out food at the window radiates good energy, double checks orders, and makes the experience better. The drive-thru is quick, and the food is made with care, often looking just like the pictures. Many customers appreciate the hard-working staff who ensure their orders are correct and include sauces. Despite some complaints about the long drive-thru line and the loud greeting system asking about check-ins, most customers leave happy and satisfied every time they visit. The staff's kindness and the quality of food make this Taco Bell a favorite for many.
